Lovely experience
Loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Staff were very friendly especially at reception. Breakfast fine too. The pool area had plenty of beds nut lots need to be replaced. But the Hotel is closing for 7 months for refurbishment so I guess lots of improvements will be made. Enjoyed our stay there & would definitely return. Handy for everything restaurants bars beach boardwalk etc.
We stayed bed and breakfast, very central hotel for all bars and shops, but needs a revamp.
The pillows were quite old and lumpy. You have to hire the towels at reception for pool side. Lumps of broken plaster on the balcony wall. We requested a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together, that kept parting, with single sheets and duvets, door frame in bathroom rotten at bottom, no extractor fan.

Great stay! Amazing staff and some good evening entertainment
We had a lovley stay, room with a large balcony with sea view for a week at Easter.
The staff were very friendly, food each day was a great selection.
Pool was lovley only downside was the kids shallow area was very busy and not so big. The third bed in our room was quite uncomfortable so down one star, so all 3 of us slept on the twin beds.
Overall a great experience and couldn't beat the location from the beach.

Disappointing
Lots of hotel choice in this area that the hotel needs to compete with. Unfortunately, in this instance, it fell short of expectations. Despite going into the main holiday season the hotel looks worn and tired. They have missed an opportunity to carry out much needed refurb work over the low season. Entertainment was lacking and/or embarrassing.

Great holiday
Clean through out staff friendly and helpful what more do you need good coffee nice beer not to expensive close to beech and bars Iam just writing to use up the 200 characters Tripadvisor wants me to I said all I needed to in the first sentence but I’ll carry on till Iam past the deadline
