Beautiful opulent hotel
Hotel Jardines de Nivaria is a beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. It is very clean and there are no shortage of sun loungers around the large pool. Something I’ve not had before is the extra towelling cover for the sun lounger itself as well as the pool towel which is a nice touch and as the loungers are covered every evening there’s no chance of them being bagged early ! The restaurants and bar areas are large and feel very spacious and provide a large range of delicious food . Pool service is easy to obtain by plentiful staff so you don’t need to move from your lounger! The two pool tables and small golf course were a big hit with our grandson but I do feel the hotel could do more to be child friendly for example nothing was allowed in the pool other than the provided noodles. I think there was space to allow small balls or inflatables and this would have made it more fun for them. There are lots of lovely shops within a short distance as well as a nice walk along the promenade. The nearby Siam park was also a big hit ! Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Amazing
Staff and hotel food absolutely amazing … you feel like they love to work there everyone smiling and looking after all guest . I am shocked places like this excist still . Without a doubt I will be back thank you
Another wonderful stay at Jardines De Navaria
We’ve just returned from our holiday and wanted to leave another review for this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, all the staff are so incredibly friendly and genuinely can’t do enough for you. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. The food is delicious wherever we ate. Our room was amazing on every level beautifully presented, comfortable and with everything you could want. A fantastic family run hotel with wonderful staff who really make your stay special. This was the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel and are looking forward to returning again soon.

Pure opulence
We visited this hotel in May 2026 half term as a family of 3, including our 15 year old son. One word describes this hotel..... opulence! The reception and atrium area impress you as you walk in and we enjoyed a complimentary drink before being taken to our rooms. It is a beautiful hotel, we had 1 junior suite and 1 sea view double room. The junior suite was huge and both rooms were lovely, clean, bright and modern. The food here is amazing, we stayed on a half board basis and would normally eat out a couple of times but the food was so amazing that we didn't eat anywhere else, huge selection of everything on the buffet breakfast and dinner. The pools are amazing, feels like you are in paradise, we braved the cold pool several times to cool down but spent most of our time in the main pool and jacuzzi pool. The waiter service around the pool is great too, I enjoyed a daily frozen strawberry daiquiri. We were also treated to a bottle of fizz for our anniversary which was a really nice touch. The staff are so lovely and helpful and the location and views are fantastic. Cannot wait to stay here again very soon.
