Fantastic stay at ADRIAN Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria
We had a wonderful stay at Jardines de Nivaria and would happily return. The hotel's art deco style gives it real character, and every member of staff we encountered — cleaners, reception, maintenance, bar and restaurant teams — was friendly and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
We did have a plumbing issue in our room, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently, and we were moved to an alternative room that was actually a step up in quality. A special mention to Veronica, who sorted out the issue for us — much appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality throughout. We also ate at La Cascada restaurant for both lunch and dinner and enjoyed it thoroughly.
One tip for future guests: the area overlooking the sea is quieter than the main pool area, so worth considering if you prefer a more peaceful spot. That said, we never had any trouble finding sun loungers, and both areas were well served by waiting staff.
Overall a brilliant hotel with a great team behind it — highly recommend.
Fantastic hotel
This was our first time coming to jardin nivarra we were here for 14 nights we had a great time everyone we met was very welcoming all the staff everywhere we went very good at their job room was spotless we were half board and we thought the food at breakfast and dinner was excellent lots of choices at both never felt busy at anytime during the day we would go to the pool and never had a problem getting loungers at anytime of the day we liked the fact that if someone put towels down in the morning then after some time they were removed we have already booked to come back for 14 nights next august everything about jardin nivarra is fantastic can't wait to return

Great hotel
Fabulous hotel, friendly attentive staff and amazing location.
Great Hotel
The hotel was first class as was our room . We had a room overlooking the putting Green , which we made good use of .The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite & very professional . Housekeeping was excellent & having the bed changed every 2 days was great . We never had to ask for more shower gel or toilet paper which we have had to in other hotels we have stayed at . You also get 2 towels for around the pool , one to dry yourself & one to put on your sun bed & the sun beds were extremely comfortable . Breakfast was extremely good with plenty of choice of cooked items & a good selection of cooked meats , cheeses & plenty of fresh fruit . The entertainment was great & all the people performing were very good . We are looking forward to our return very soon & getting back in the lovely swimming pool . The location was great & a lift took you down to the beach & the main promenade & restaurants.
