We returned to MYND Adeje for four nights to celebrate my husband's birthday after having such a wonderful stay in January, and once again it exceeded our expectations.
The hotel has such a relaxed, modern feel and is immaculately maintained. It's the perfect place to unwind, and one of the things we love most is that there are always plenty of sunbeds available, so you can simply relax without the usual early morning rush.
A lovely touch during our stay was finding a thoughtful birthday letter in our room for my husband. It was a really nice gesture and showed the attention to detail that makes this hotel stand out.
After spending our days relaxing by the pool, we headed up to the rooftop bar to enjoy a few cocktails while watching the sunset. The cocktails are excellent, and the chilled atmosphere is hard to beat.
This was our second stay this year, and although it was only for four nights, we came home feeling completely recharged and refreshed. We've already booked to return again in January, which is probably the best recommendation I can give!
What a fantastic holiday we had with family and friends. A spotlessly clean hotel with great food and facilities. It is situated in a lovely resort that has as many restaurants and bars that you need for a quiet break. In saying that, it’s the staff at Mynd that are the standout factor to making our holiday an amazing one. Fernando, Iosa, Pierre, Rafa, Niomi to name but a few. Our 4th visit to this hotel - and it just gets better each time.

Beautiful hotel.. this was our 5th visit.. fabulous staff.. relaxing hotel.. roof top is my favourite area for a drink on a night, good vibe music & DJ.. on a few nights a wk.. the staff up there make you feel special.. now the only tiny little points I want to make, is the rooms are getting ready for a little tidy up.. specially the bathroom.. each visit our shower doors leak water.. quite alot so our towels were used every day to soak the water up.. the tables near the sunbeds, never got wiped down, from the day before.. sticky drinks and glasses were still on them.. and maybe a few corners in the restaurant could have done with more off a clean.. but they are only my tiny points.. apart from that what an amazing hotel we will be back again and again.. 👍👍👍👌😊
We stayed at MYND Adeje as a family with our 3-year-old son. First of all, I want to mention the positives. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is modern and relaxing. Most of the staff were friendly and professional, especially the receptionist who assisted us on the evening of our arrival. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the way the hotel manager, Bianca, handled a simple reservation issue. When we arrived, we explained that our 3-year-old son would be sleeping in the same bed with us, as he does at home. We understood that an additional charge might apply and I simply asked whether any discount could be considered. The receptionist was very kind, explained that she could not make that decision herself, and suggested that I speak with the manager the following morning. The next day, instead of trying to find a customer-friendly solution, the manager immediately escalated the situation. She repeatedly told us that the receptionist would be punished because she had allowed us to check in, said that the police should have been called, insisted that we had violated Spanish regulations, and required us to move rooms after we had already unpacked all of our belongings. We accepted the additional charge of €230 without refusing to pay. The issue was never the fee itself, but the way we were treated. What disappointed me even more was what happened afterwards. I submitted a formal complaint to the hotel management describing the incident. Despite waiting for a considerable period of time, I never received any acknowledgement or response. Hotels can make mistakes. What distinguishes a good hotel is how it handles those mistakes. In this case, both the manager’s conduct and the complete lack of follow-up after a formal complaint left us feeling that guest concerns were simply ignored. It is a real shame, because without this experience, I would have happily recommended the hotel.
