Tenerife South Airport is located just 22 kilometres. The light, friendly atmosphere and kind staff will make guests feel right at home. The hotel is completely remodelled and redecorated offering a high level of comfort. Hotel has a saltwater pool, a full-range fitness room, tennis court and a dinner restaurant. The tranquil palm tree garden offers a playground, a large yoga-Pilates platform and a wellness centre with different kinds of soothing massage. The complex is situated in the small town of Callao Salvaje in Costa Adeje in the South of Tenerife. Explore Tenerife's many landscapes: Volcano Teide, 3718 meters at the peak, lush laurisilva forests or beautiful colonial architecture in historic towns. Tenerife also offers lots of water parks and amusement parks so there is a wide range of attractions for all ages

Amazing quiet beutiful resort
We had an amazing time at the hotel. Fernando at the front desk, and his colleague (I can't remember his name) were fantastic! really helpful and friendly. The things we loved: 1.staff were amazing onfront desk and at the bar 2. location of hotel was great for us, it was a quieter part of the island, but good reach to get the bus and go to Las Americas, and further into Costa Adeje - there's not much night life - so if you want bustling i wouldn't pick here, but for a relaxed chilled beautiful location, which is quieter, I'd highly reccomend. 3. Good selection of restaurants locally within walking distance 4. The room was a lovely size, and bedroom was huge! We didn't have a sea view room, which initially I was hoping to get an upgrade, however, we had the mountain view, and this was PHENOMENAL! I woke and watched the sunrise the whole time we were there, it was stunning! 5. The rooms were cleaned every day 6. Pool area was fab, there's a terrac that over looks the sea and it's spectaular, with a sunset view - so we got to see sunrise and sunset everyday, 7. Activities around the pool were fun, I was just a specator, but my mum (75 years young) did the yoga, and the water aerobics, and we really enjoyed the vibe 8. We had enough beds around the pool, and maybe because it was out of school holidays, there was plenty for everyone.
There's not much I'd improve on but some suggestions:
- We were bed and breakfast, and so can't comment on lunch/dinner - being gluten free and knowing how great Spain and Ilsands are at catering - I feel like there could be more options - it was a bit limited.
- The coach does drop you off at the top of the road, which isn't a problem, but if anyone has mobility issues or difficulties in walking, it can be a bit difficult,
- The bus stop is up a hill round the corner, and this is partly Jet2 but also the hotel, in that there's no support for anyone who does have mobility issues, mabe the hotel could potentially have a spare car to take elderly up the hill, as when we visited there was a few people with mobility problems - the reception wasn't particulariy helpful on that day we were going for an excursion. My mum has severe mobility problems on some days, and so we asked for a taxi, and the reception said they may refuse as it's only a 5 mins walk and there was no compassion for the fact to an able bodied person, 5 mins up a steep hill is doable, but for someone with chronic back pain, this can be dibilitating. Then when the grumpy taxi man dropped us there, he didn't tell us, we were dropped at the wrong bus stop - so if you go the bus stop at the restaurant Nebula, you have to walk around the corner and up the hill a bit, not in front of the restaurant!
- They advertised entertainment in the evening, but there was no entertainment on any of the 4 nights we were there, so maybe take the posters down - might be we were late in the evening? but there was no start time
- No air conditioning in the rooms, - this wasn't a problem for us, it was warm, aorund 30 during the day and 22 at night, however we've lived in Spain before so was used to it, there was a fan in the room and it was enough for us, but i can imagine it can get really warm if you can't manage intense heat.
- We did want to use the pool that was on the sea, as this was advertised with Jet2, and it was one of the main reasons we booked it, but the pool wasn't in use, and it looked lovely, with the waves crashing over into it, it was a shame but didn't take away from the hotel itself.
Other than that, we had a great time, and really enjoyed the hotel and would visit again if we want a relaxing chilled holiday.

Great hotel with stunning views
Lovely hotel We had the pool and sea view room (303) which is a 1 bed self catering apartment. There is a kettle, toaster , hob and fridge freezer. Stunning views Cleaning staff excellent and friendly too. Staff are super friendly in general and helpful We went to Costa Adeje from here as well on the bus which only takes 25 minutes and cost €2.20 pp. Would definitely stay here again.

Very relaxing place to re charge in the sun
Please don't be put off by some of the posts, we were worried after reading some of them.
We stayed early September full inclusive in the hottest week ever! the place is very clean rooms done daily the food is amazing with plenty of flavour and differencent theme every day with plenty of choice as im a fussy eater, yes its on a smaller scale to match the size of hotel, but good quality and choice yes cocktails are pre mixed out of a pump.
The only thing I would consider is they is no air-conditioning in the rooms but has fans instead but can hire a portable air con for 10euro a night we found that our sea view room had a lovely cool breeze at night so left sliding doors open we were on the third floor. Would definitely get sea view room. The whole area was very relaxed and save and restaurants close by to choose from even though we all inclusive we did try couple of local restaurants which did not disappoint only because its nice to be served rather then help yourself and try local good. We had so many recommendations if the local restaurants does not seem they is a bad one. Entertainment is mainly singer with guitar which change nightly and restaurants have live music too all much the same, so if you want a relaxing holiday with nice pool seat/beds with which is liked a warm fresh sea water swimming pool. This is the place they is a pool bar and food for all inclusive and children play room near pool and gym and we'll being centre on site. Yes we would return in the future and recommend it.

Relaxing
Just spent 9 nights here. Ignore the bad reviews some people don't read the hotel details before they come, food was good. Hotel was clean, the staff were polite , helpful and welcoming. My room was excellent. Awesome views , I came for a relaxing holiday and got exactly that, no problems getting a sunbed at all, I will definitely come again.
Average hotel with no air con
What let's this hotel down is the lack of air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. We were in rooms 408 & 410 right above the bar area with a constant barrage of drunk English singing out of tune. We are English too & even we found them incredibly annoying. There must have been some complaints as after 11 the noise seems to die down, so I think the bar closes then. We had a one bedroom apartment with a street view. Large seating area with a table & four chairs, a basic kitchen with a fridge, cooker & kettle, crockery & cutlery provided. Sofa bed in seating area which was incredibly uncomfortable because the cushions kept sliding off, balcony from the seating area had a table & two chairs & a washing rack for drying your clothes. Linen & towels provided & towels for the pool are provided if you ask at reception, we didn't know this & bought some just for the pool but at least we have souvenirs. The bedroom was a good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom was OK but because it is in the middle of the apartment, gets extremely hot, very quickly. As Tenerife gets very hot during the day the dustmen collect the recycling glass & bottles at 1am, yes, you read that right, which as you can imagine is very noisy, as you cannot sleep without the window open because it is stifling in the rooms. I would not recommend coming to this hotel during the summer peak months. We came in September & the temperature during the day did not drop below 29 & during the night 23 or 24. The staff are lovely, food is all buffet led so if you're not half board or all inclusive it is expensive to eat there. We only enquired once about having dinner there & it was €35 pp, for a buffet! No thank you. If you have children under 10 the pool entertainer is brilliant. He did aquarobics, water polo, darts tournaments, pool tournaments & much more providing entertainment for any kiddies that were in the pool, he let the younger ones climb all over him in the children's pool. The hotel is in a quiet location, virtually no nightlife so I would say it is geared towards the older generation & families with young children, provided you're not in a street view room. All in all this hotel would get a better rating from me if only they had air con.
