1st visit
Visited here for the 1st time from July 22nd for 1 wk all-inclusive
Well wat a lovely hotel
Yes some parts need some tlc
But it's clean tidy and staff are brilliant
We had room 175 over the bar /pool but never a problem with noise
Food in all restaurants was brilliant
Always something different to eat
Pool area big and always somewhere to sit
Smoking and non smoking is separated as well so never a problem way smoke

Third visit and still outstanding
We’ve just returned from another fantastic stay, and once again the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. This was our third visit, and it definitely won’t be our last!
The hotel is always clean and well maintained, the food is excellent with plenty of choice, and every member of staff is friendly, welcoming, and works incredibly hard to make your stay enjoyable.
A special mention has to go to Milan and the animation team. Milan is absolutely outstanding and is a real credit to the hotel. He goes above and beyond every day, always bringing so much energy, enthusiasm and genuine care to everything he does. He has an amazing way of making everyone feel welcome and ensuring guests of all ages have a fantastic time. His team also work incredibly hard alongside him, and together they create such a fun, friendly atmosphere that really makes the holiday extra special.
Thank you to everyone for another wonderful holiday. We can’t wait to come back for our fourth visit!
Nice family holiday spot
Situated close to the main bars and restaurants in Santa Ponsa, the hotel provided a good location. The pool area was pleasant and there are adults only rooftop pool and spa pool available too. The beach is 10 minute walk. Staff were very friendly, hotel and rooms very clean and the choice of food was varied, with daily themed choices alongside local and standard options.

Horrible balcony
Great location entertainment boys were brilliant hotel was clean rooms small and dated was very disappointed with my room I like to sit on the balcony at night not usually bothered about the view but this time it was horrible looked on to an other hotel no privacy had to keep curtains closed all the time also balcony overlooked a concrete roof which was filthy littered with cigarette buts didn’t feel safe at all asked at the reception if we could be moved to be told yes but I’d have to pay extra I thought at £2380 for a week was enough plus the extra tax holiday had been booked since before Christmas 25 yet a lady had booked hers last minute and got one off the so called premium rooms for less spoiled my experience
