Good Choice
Great hotel ideally situated and only a five minute walk to the lovely sandy beach. Very clean throughout with excellent Aircon and WiFi reception. All staff are pleasant and helpful and really make you feel welcome and the food is fantastic. Just a couple of niggles - soundproofing in the rooms could be better and the regular queues at the bar in the evening was a bit annoying but all in all I would recommend this hotel.

Poor show ZAFIRO HOTELS get a grip and spend some money
Reception ✅,reception furniture old and frade need's replacing went here 4 years ago and it was the same then x Restaurant and food good 👍 Room was big, bed very comfortable, furniture dated, bathroom shower unit cannot move so if you are small problem none slip bath grip for standing on worn out possible slip hazard ⚠️ whole room needs a rip out and bringing in the modern age as does the whole Hotel as it’s the oldest hotel on the island. Is you want peace and quiet forget this place the noise levels are unbelievable, walls paper thin you can here your neighbours talking and if the tv is on it’s awful as I found out till 2am in the morning.landings are tiled so every sound can be heard, especially the inconsiderate people whom just slammed the doors and the noise was shocking. Pool area very dated and profoundly dirty even after the cleaners have been early in the morning. Pool big and nice, unfortunately the towel on the sunbeds situation prevails here, no need to do so as there are over a 1,000 sunbeds. Won’t be returning unless we here they have been upgraded to a modern hotel.
Family holiday in Santa Ponsa
Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were excellent, food excellent and varied (we were all inclusive) . Great location as well, 2 min walk to the beach and the main area for restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great place
Such a lovely hotel in a great location. Just a short walk to shops , bars and the beach. The food was excellent and one of the best all inclusives we have stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small and dated, but we weren’t in there very much so it didn’t affect our holiday. The entertainment was very good and it was nice that cocktails were included in the all inclusive. We hope to return next year as we think we have found our perfect place to stay in Majorca. Thank you for a great holiday !
