Didn’t enjoy our holiday because there were so many things wrong. The bathroom needs to be updated, the shower seems to be for people 6ft tall I’m only 5ft, I slipped in the bath as the so called slip stoppers in the bath were nonexistent. The room wasn’t swept properly as we put rubbish on the floor that was never cleaned up nor was the floors washed. The plug socket next to the window was very dangerous as it wasn’t screwed in, I did report it but nothing was done. We were going to bring our daughter, son in law and grandchildren next year but not now.

The location of this hotel was ideal, very close 5 mins. flat walk to the beach, bringing you out central at the front. The room was fine and served our requirements, and was serviced daily, with clean towels as required.may be could be updated a little. We had no complaints about the noise levels in the hotel. the general feel of the hotel was relaxed and the staff were always there to help as needed. The reception staff were always helpful. My son Anthony that has a learning disability found that they had lots of patience with him and he felt that they were very considerate towards him, he had asked me to say thank you on his behalf. The cleaners for the extra milk and Sam, one of the entertainers who ran the various games particularly, went out of his way, even awarding him a winners medal. Thank you Sam for your hard work around the pool. We enjoyed the holiday generally, but I would be amiss if i did not mention where improvements could be made, I have already mentioned the rooms. the food was my. really my main area of concern, and that was because was usually cooler than warmer, as I prefer my food to be warm, certainly warmer than what it generally was. I found that there was a couple of microwave ovens available so started to heat my meals. Particularly I found food to be good quality, that is except for the steak, this I found I was unable to cut through even with a sharp steak knife. So I did not bother with the steak after the second attempt. Fortunately there was plenty of variety on offer. So please change your butcher and keep the food warmer. Its a shame to spoil good food by not keeping it warmer. My son Anthony has already told me we will be back next year, So we will be taking notice.

Lovely hotel bedrooms need slight update all cleaned and towels replenished every day. Food nice. Staff very polite. Pool well maintained no complaints there. One down fall was no fault of hotel or staff. There was large golf party there which was not good some one was sick in hall way right by my daughter in laws room where my grandchildren could walk through pizza box chucked. Also by my room they all got in one next door extremely loud early hours. Did not respect others residing in hotel. Think in future the hotel should not except a large golf party as the language wasn’t good either.
