Great value for money with Staff who will always exceed your expectations.
First time at this Hotel and we were not dissapoinnted. On arrival we were met by the amazing reception staff who could not do enough to satisfy our needs. Our room was very adequate for our needs. The bars and restaurants were a pleasure, particularly the food as it was consistently of excellent quality. The roof top looks as very popular and you need to queue earlier get a bed but we'll worth it. You will not be disappointed with this excellent more than value for money Hotel. Definately excellent value for money. ENJOY
Fabulous holiday!
What an amazing holiday we had. Everything was perfect - the staff, food, entertainment and activities were all top notch. I went with my son, daughter in law and granddaughter to celebrate the end of her GCSEs and we were certainly not disappointed. Special mention to Sam and Antonio and also Juan in the outdoor restaurant. As my son said “We had a blast!” And we will certainly be returning. Thank you all so much.

Not the best
This hotel is in a great location 5 minutes from beach. Good points Bar staff especially Jamie all very hard working yes there are queues but you don't wait too long. Pool area nice plenty seats drinks in plastic cups great idea and should still be implemented at night as glasses get broken and we never let our granddaughter take her sandals off as very small bits glass on floor. We always asked for our drinks in the plastic cups at night. Outside restaurant staff again lovely it us 7 years since my last visit and feel food not as good as it used to be. Mobility scooters great that you can bring them into the hotel as helps a lot.
Animation team they are all amazing and work tirelessly with the hotel guests.
Bad points Food breakfast was ok but very cold there are microwaves but feel should not have to re-heat food. The man who made omelettes was great loved watching him. Dinners sorry but food was awful we tried for 4 nights but ate out for the rest of our holiday. Room We paid an extra £300 to get a disabled adapted room toilet was just a normal toilet with hand rails the shower area had a small. bath stuck in side and i nearly flooded whole room as there is only a small metal bar to stop water running into the room. Bed was very low for me. Also the towel rail is up at the top off the door i had to use my walking stick to try get towels down very very dated The stairwell carpets badly need replaced very stained and dirty not cleaners fault just years old.
Ants I won’t go into this issue as it has been raised with head office. But 3 of our 4 rooms had ants and not just a few reception and management did not handle situation very professionally.
This hotel to be a Zafira hotel lets the company down badly other Zafira hotels are stunning this hotel needs to be renovated from top to bottom it used to be a great hotel i have had some lovely holidays in previous years but it has changed a lot and not for the better

Just back from 10 lovely days at this fab hotel.
Checking in easy. Room wasnt ready but was given our bands to go have drink &:food.
Loved the idea your band is also room key.
Rooms are lovely. Yes bit dated but everything we needed.
Food drinks cocktails the best we have ever had on all inclusive.
Room cleaned every day.
Pool towels if needed but we used our own.
Perfect location for beach / bars / shops.
Entertainment team are amazing.
Sam Milan and Antonio you certainly work extremely hard and interact amazingly with all the guests. Many we spoke to was returning multiple times.
Well done to these 3.
All bar staff waiting staff and restaurant staff are amazing nothing too much trouble.
We definitely will be back. Already looking at June next year.
I asked prior to our stay if we could have a lower ground room as my husband struggles walking. Thankyou for accommodating this and we was on the first floor.
All in all a fab hotel happy staff makes for happy holiday makers.

Not enough sunbeds
Another fantastic stay here! Just too busy!
Not once could we use the pool as no Sunbeds available by 9am lots of towel on them no guests. We wee happy to use the beach as 4 min walk back to eat. You do have to pay for the beach sunbeds. This is our only fault with the hotel
Staff are the best. Food and drinks amazing.
