Unbelievable hotel. So clean and safe. The staff Sergio, Blandine and Abdul where all at the top of their game. The place is spotless, all staff are very attentive and professional. Breakfast was great and the lady that does the morning's is very special to the the whole catering side of things. Very central to all parts of Santa ponsa and beach and secret cove. Food is average price when out for drinks, British prices roughly but super safe in town. Buses are good for Palma. Will 100% be back. Well done all at plaza Santa ponsa boutique

(almost) perfect just a minor addition would make it the perfect hotel
Perfectly located hotel right over the road from the bus stop (A11 bus from the airport only costs a couple of euros) The staff are always friendly and it is spotlessly clean.
I have stayed here a few times and my only gripe is I have never been allowed a late check out (even one hour later at 12 noon) and on top of this they do not have any facilities for you to use after you have left your room, there is a shower by the pool and we used the disabled toilet to get changed in, fortunately our return flight wasn't too late but to be honest if we had a return flight much later in the day I would probably look elsewhere
My rating would have been perfect if the hotel had better facilities for guests to use after check out, wasn't even a shower in the gym.
Amazing hotel
Just got back from this amazing hotel, close to al amenities, plenty of restruants & bars beautiful food & cocktails , lovely sitting space outside of hotel to have a nice chill either for a day time cocktail or an evening drink after dinner , the staff are all lovely always had a laugh & smile , everything about this hotel was amazing from the cleaners to bar staff and reception staff nothing was to much trouble, and just 2 mins across the road was a beautiful beach everything is close by & in walking distance will defiantly be coming back to this hotel hopefully very soon 😁

Fantastic Holiday
Had an amazing week staying in this lovely hotel. Everything about it was perfect spotlessly clean close to everything you need, but the best thing for me we’re the Staff all very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem always with a big smile on their faces . Abdo , Comchi, Blamdine,Sergio , Regla and the lady with long blonde hair on reception (apologise didn't get her name ) all deserve a special mention highly recommend

Fantastic hotel and holiday
Just arrived home after a 5 night stay at this hotel. What a fabulous holiday me and my daughter have had. Hotel immaculate, pool area spotlessly clean. Close to bars and restaurants, but what actually made our holiday was the fantastic staff, Lucca, Abdul and Tony could not do enough for us, the waitresses at breakfast time and of an evening were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for such a fabulous stay and 100% we will be back and I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Santa Ponsa…. Keep up the good work and see you soon xx
