Boutique Bon Repos

Our first mother and daughter holiday away started with us being sent down 3 flights of stairs to our room which was poorly air conditioned, the door was left open which outside was just overgrown grass which explains the 6 cockroaches we were greeted by. The staff on reception couldn’t have been any more helpful as they changed our room immediately so can not fault this. Food in the hotel very repetitive and quite poor, pool doesn’t open until 11am and if your hungry throughout the day then unlucky because they don’t serve any snacks expect crisps. Staff targeted and humiliated a group of men that were on a stag do and not causing any problems they actually livened the place up and spent a fortune on drinks ect. Pool was also dirty on multiple occasions we came across hair balls. Our last day we payed €40 for a late check out but were told to leave our room at 11am then forced to move rooms but not ready until 1pm (this room was completely filled with ants in the rug ) this is because we took a look at the luggage room which did have a shower but was disgusting and also covered in hair. Couple of the reception girls were lovely and always happy to help however the management staff were rude and ignorant.
