This was our second visit with my sister same time as last year..so you always wonder will it be just as good...well it definitely was...despite arriving late at night there was a small buffet laid out which was much appreciated after delays...the cleanliness hits you as soon as you step into the hotel and is the same standard right through your stay day or night Room standard is excellent with above average size rooms and bathrooms it cant be faulted and Milli who cleaned our room was brilliant Once again the food quality was exceptional and on a positive note the desserts had definitely had an upgrade they were delicious. Sad to see some guests piling their plates then leaving lots...as you can go back as many times as you like to top up something you enjoyed The staff are all great but I would like to make a special mention of Santi who made my coffee (cafe con leche no sugar but a biscuit ) most days at the pool bar and also was in the bar at night during the entertainment he was always the same pleasant and helpful even after a long day . Also i would like to give a special mention to the young man who keeps the pool area and sun lounger area spotless ...he never stops even spot cleaning individual areas ..the pool toilets are also spotless no matter what time of the day it is. We had a fabulous holiday and there is already a family member there on our recommendation...

Recently stayed for 6 nights in this hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and very impressive. The room was spacious and totally up to date, with a beautiful walk in shower. I spent extra on the sea view, and it was totally worth it!

The pool was beautiful and large in size, so you have plenty of space to swim around. I also really enjoyed the aqua aerobic classes that were a source of entertainment over numerous days. There always appeared to be enough sun loungers, and the towls offered by the hotel were a good choice - they ask for a 30 Euro deposit but you can ask for clean towels every day.

The hotel was located about an hour from Palma, the capital. I would recommend the day trips to Palma and Valdemossa, which the tour operator kindly helped me book at the hotel tour desk. The transportation to and from the hotel via EasyJet bookings were also fantastic, and efficient. Sa Coma itself is quite small, so it was good to get to see more of the island.

It's worth mentioning that the spa facilities and gym were great. I had a full head and body massage as a treat, and it was the best massage I have ever had. It was a lovely way to spend a relaxing day at the spa and pool.

There were a few negatives to note. Firstly, the lifts were very old and shaky, and a few were out of order on numerous occasions. However, they appeared to be fixed very quickly. I took the stairs instead with no issue, although I was based on the top floor so had to use the lift for my case!

The food and buffet were very good on the whole. However, there always felt like a rush to get the food, and a crowd of guests at every moment. The tables were very close together, so it felt like you could hear everyone's conversations. Having said that, the guests were a heavy German majority, which has been mentioned in other reviews, and therefore a lot of the food felt like it was of Germanic influence. This isn't necessarily an issue, but it's a shame they didn't feature more Spannish or Mallorcan dishes. I wouldn't let that put me off going back, as you soon get used to it and there were still enough options of worldwide foods every day.

I was surprised that in the hotel room, there was only one bottle of free water provided, and no tea or coffee making facilities.

Overall, despite a few little issues, it was a fantastic hotel, and I would absolutely recommend!
