This modern apartment complex was totally refurbished in 2005 and is located in a peaceful residential area in Puerto Pollensa. It has an extensive pool and garden area which is fully equipped with sun loungers and sunshades for its three pools, all under the supervision of a lifeguard. The inviting snack bar has an excellent service and offers live music in the evenings, while the kid's club, games room, and full entertainment programme provide precious memories for the whole family. The complex is only 150 metres from the beach and a short walk from the centre of town, where guests will find shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. Each studio or apartment comes with a sitting area, full bathroom, and fully-equipped kitchen as well as a balcony, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi, all for a fantastic family holiday by the sea.

Family and sport hotel
We booked a 1 bedroom apartment - which had stairs( steep and see thru), so we requested to change to one without stairs. All sorted. Nice apartment overlooking the mountains and the serious swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay overall. However, Issues that may prevent us returning:
- very small children in the adult depth pool. ( very deep)Kids had 2 dedicated shallow pools and a water play area to use. Occasional visit from lifeguard when we were at the pool.
- Aircon set at 19’c - a bit warm and noisy
- Huge steps ( double stair depth) in the apartment in the lounge to kitchen and also in the bathroom.
Things that would make us return 1: cleanliness and staff 2: the on-site cafe where we had a delicious lunch 3. Location 4. Value for money 5. General ambience 6. Street parking if needed We have a dilemma about staying again, we need to weigh up the positives and negatives. We stayed for 10 days and didn’t want to leave ❤️ we would definitely return if there was an apartment available with no big steps ( i am waiting for 2 new knees)

NOT A SEA FRONT LOCATION,VERY MISLEADING
Nice hotel and room,balcony etc. Noisy after 7.30am,doors slamming! Twin beds not a double! Shower poor pressure. NOT A SEA FRONT LOCATION,THREE BLOCKS BACK,POORLY LIT STREETS. Staff didn't go out of their way to be friendly.

Somewhat disappointed
We have been here for the last few years and always enjoyed our stay. This year we were somewhat disappointed. Our apartment seemed tired and in need of refurbished. It smelt fusty. The sofa was not clean and extremely uncomfortable. The pool towels I was given were very thin and fraying. Things ran out at breakfast and took a while to be replenished.

Perfect. Would return in a heartbeat
Highly recommended. I cannot praise the staff enough. Frederico who warmly welcomed us in the middle of the night. Friendly,smiling Alejandro at Breakfast. Joel and Maria on reception went the extra mile and looked after us so well. All of the staff without exception were wonderful. The hotel is located perfectly, less than 5 minutes from the beach,shops and restaurants. The facilities of the hotel are without fault. We had an apartment with plenty of room, comfortable beds and brilliant kitchen. There are 3 pools including an olympic lane pool. Gym and spa also available. Breakfast was incredible, everything you could think of, all fresh and the staff are constantly checking and refilling. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and location
Great hotel. Soon as you enter, it smells lovely, clean and modern. There were 4 of us and we booked 2 rooms.
One of the rooms was ready on arrival and the other, we had to wait for a couple of hours which wasn't a problem as we were early.
We had a well deserved drink in the restaurant area overlooking the pool. The waiters were attentive and friendly as were all staff including reception and breakfast.
The rooms are spacious, clean and modern with 2 balcony areas. The bed was so comfortable. The room is on 2 floors and I would say the stairs are quite steep and some people may struggle with this. You also need to ensure you slide the door closed at the top of the stairs otherwise, you could easily fall downstairs. I think this needs looking at as could be a potential hazard.
We had breakfast which was plentiful and tasty. Lots of options to cater for everyone including hot breakfast and omelette made to order. Can't comment on lunch or dinner as we ate out but could see the food looked great.
Location is great. 5 minute walk to the beach and port. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and market within walking distance.
Bus stop also nearby to visit Puerto Pollensa Centre (well worth a visit to see the old town and 365 steps to the chapel) and Alcudia although we took a taxi which was reasonably priced at €16 there and €24 return.
We were fortunate enough to see the Tour of Majorca for Masters cycling event.
All in all, great hotel and location. Thank you for a pleasant and memorable stay.
