This modern apartment complex was totally refurbished in 2005 and is located in a peaceful residential area in Puerto Pollensa. It has an extensive pool and garden area which is fully equipped with sun loungers and sunshades for its three pools, all under the supervision of a lifeguard. The inviting snack bar has an excellent service and offers live music in the evenings, while the kid's club, games room, and full entertainment programme provide precious memories for the whole family. The complex is only 150 metres from the beach and a short walk from the centre of town, where guests will find shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. Each studio or apartment comes with a sitting area, full bathroom, and fully-equipped kitchen as well as a balcony, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi, all for a fantastic family holiday by the sea.

I really liked this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was in a great location. I had a very nice stay. I would come back again.
Nice Travel
Our stay at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzis, which were perfect for relaxing, and the semi-Olympic swimming pool, which was great for both swimming and spending quality time with the family. The inflatable play area for the children was a fantastic addition—they had an amazing time and didn't want to leave the water.
The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.
Mostly good
Overall a lovely stay and clean comfortable rooms with great facilities however air conditioning was not working on the second floor so rooms quite hot. A picnic bag was ordered at reception for my son to collect the following day as he was going on an early cycle ride.thevtime for collection was agreed and they assured me would be there however the next morning there was nothing there. I asked to collect some pastries from the breakfast room which was being set up which the staff reluctantly agreed to but was met with some hostility when I took them . My son had paid for breakfast and only had to take some because the hotel hadn't done what had previously been agreed. Staff could quite easily have just fetched him a banana etc from the kitchen. On the last day our luggage was left in the luggage room and we were assured would be safe however on return we found that a pair of shorts had been stolen so very disappointing.
Special week
We had the best time with our little son. The complex was very well maintained and clean. What made our time so special was the staff who worked here, they are incredible every time they saw our son they made him laugh and smile. The food was fantastic breakfast and dinner. I would recommend the BBQ.
