This modern apartment complex was totally refurbished in 2005 and is located in a peaceful residential area in Puerto Pollensa. It has an extensive pool and garden area which is fully equipped with sun loungers and sunshades for its three pools, all under the supervision of a lifeguard. The inviting snack bar has an excellent service and offers live music in the evenings, while the kid's club, games room, and full entertainment programme provide precious memories for the whole family. The complex is only 150 metres from the beach and a short walk from the centre of town, where guests will find shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. Each studio or apartment comes with a sitting area, full bathroom, and fully-equipped kitchen as well as a balcony, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi, all for a fantastic family holiday by the sea.

Terrible experience – completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel
Our stay at Hoposa Villaconcha was a disaster from start to finish. It is completely unacceptable for a 4-star establishment to suffer from such a total lack of maintenance and basic comfort.
To begin with, our room had a constant, unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning kept breaking down—shutting off every short while and leaving the room unbearable.
The worst part, however, was the condition of the facilities for families. My son had a fall on the pool slide, and to make matters worse, every time the kids came back from the mini-club, they were dripping with sweat. They told us themselves that staff weren't turning on the air conditioning in the kids' club because it was supposedly broken.
For a 4-star hotel to leave young children overheating due to unrepaired equipment, on top of bad odors and failing room AC, is absurd. I definitely do not recommend this place, and we will certainly not be coming back.
Family beach holidays
Amazing hotel. We have returned after 3 years and havent got disappointed. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, fun animators, lovely food. Also great location near beach with beach bar. Thank you. We will definitely come back again. Thank you. Sonia
Good Hotel for everyone!
Quite good for a busy hotel. Rooms were clean. Quick walk to a beautiful bay and plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy, from a fast, twisty blue slide open from 5pm - 6pm to a large inflatable on the Semi - Olympic swimming pool for 2 hours a day (11am - 12pm and 4pm - 5pm)!

Brilliant experience, top kids club, just a couple of niggles that didn’t affect overall conclusion
Our experience was brilliant, this is the fourth time we’ve been at this hotel and it was as reliably good and as much fun as it’s always been. This year we had a ground floor room which was great as we had a patio that opened out to the kids play area, ideal for coming and going during the day (and meant we didn’t worry about getting up early to bag a sun lounger). The kids club was a total high, all the staff had such energy and kids of all ages loved them, including my two year old ‘Gonzalo is so funny’ and both the 2 and 5 year old requested to go solo to miniclub because they enjoyed time with Carmen there. The barbecue was good, waiting staff at breakfast and dinner excellent, always with a smile and they really enjoy working together, you can tell, which lifts the atmosphere and environment. As well as the atmosphere they’re 100% professional, eg kids breaking plates or glasses at the buffet they respond immediately, and clean up thoroughly, which is so important when kids slip their sandals off without parents even realising. The only things I’d say need work are 1) the tiling around a couple of the pools has some loose tiles, which could do with being fixed, and 2) this year unlike previous years the rules around use of the 25m pool weren’t being enforced. when we’ve been 3-5 years ago there was an excellent lifeguard who enforced the rules fairly and kindly for the benefit of all (eg swim hats) and reception staff assigned lanes when people went in to the lap pool for a swim. This time it was a bit of a free for all, unmonitored and one day there were three guys in cycling kit in the pool after a bike ride which I felt was quite disgusting and unnecessary. But overall that didn’t affect our conclusion this was another brilliant experience and we’ll be back again sometime. Thank you to all the staff for making it so good.

Great family
It's has been the best holiday we had in a long time. The hotel rooms and facilities are amazing specially for the little one. The indoors soft play facility was great for the heatwave as kids can play in the cool. But what was the best thing about the hotel is the staff members specially Joel from reception. Joel was extremely helpful with any enquiry we had and provided some amazing recommendations for a day out.
