I'm going to write this in a way that myself & my Husband would have found helpful before we chose this Hotel.

Location: The location of this hotel, is in a somewhat run down housing estate. It is a nice & quiet area. There is often a strong smell of sewage in the area. Unless you book a seaview room, the balcony is looking out on neighbouring apartments. The view from inside the Hotel, near the pool area is nice. You often see various Boats passing by and have a lovely rocky cliff and sea view. The nearest beach, unless willing to pay for a taxi is a 45 minute - 1 hour walk. There are 4 shops within a 10-15 minute walk, selling pretty much the same stuff.

Staff: For the most part, the staff were friendly enough and did the best with the resources they had. A couple of the Receptionists were helpful, in booking us taxi's and printing information we needed. On our arrival the Receptionist was abrupt in telling us, our room wasn't ready yet. (This is not something we have ever experienced anywhere else, in various destinations). Restaurant staff were okay, but we often felt rushed. On several occasions my Husband had finished eating before me. They were very quick in taking his plate and asking if I had finished too, even though it was clear I was still eating. Bar staff were friendly. Overall service was average.

Food: If you are a picky eater or have dietary requirements, I personally would avoid this hotel. There is not a great selection of food. Some of the food was labelled, but not to the point of knowing what was in the dish all together. A lot of the hot food, was luke warm at best. Toast available on a Morning, but no butter. Bread often seemed hard/stale due to being left out for long periods, my Husband also found this to be the case with the cereal. I had some chicken kebab style meat and a lot of it had pink colour running through, so in my preference, I would say it wasn't cooked thoroughly. During all meal times, you served yourself drinks, a fairly good selection of drinks available. During the day, the All Inclusive started at 10am and you could order drinks from the bar until 11pm. Bottled water is chargeable though.

Pools & Outside Area 3 pools all together, 1 is a very small shallow pool. The small shallow pool had black bits of muck floating in it and green slime where the water level stops. The other 2 bigger main pools were okay. The one in front of the bar had sharp edges on the bottom and around the sides. Pools are open 10 or 10:30am, they are sectioned off with fencing from 6pm on an evening until 10am. So if you are an early bird who enjoys an early Morning swim, this isn't possible at this hotel. Sunbeds are dirty, covered in dust and some had bird poo on. There wasn't enough sunbeds and other guests were using the dining chairs on the outside dining area through the day, using the pool, which increased the chances of slipping. The pool outside the bar/dining area, did not have any sunbeds or seating available around it. The sunbeds are down 1 or 2 sets of steps, depending where you choose to go. Parasols are at a minimum, they are unstable, often having pieces of wood wedged in to keep them straight. They are also unkept and dirty, with bird poo all over the tops of them. The outside dining area was nice, as you had a lovely sea view. You cannot get down to the sea from this hotel. Beach Towels are €10, plus €1 for every extra day of use, so recommend taking your own.

Rooms: The rooms are basic, have what you need in them. Cleaners did a good job and were always friendly enough if you saw them in the hallways. The rooms are very outdated and could do with a bit of modernising. All rooms have a bath, with a shower head attachment. So if you struggle with mobility, this isn't ideal. You only get 1 pillow each, there isn't spares in the rooms like at most hotels. So if you require more, you would need to ask Reception. Our first room 103, was a double room as we had booked. However there was a very bad drainage issue (I imagine this was contributing to the sewage smell) I have a Stoma and I went to the toilet in our room and flushed and it came rising back up and sat at the brim of the toilet for over an hour. I had a shower and by the time I had finished in the shower, I was stood in a bath full of water as it would not drain away. We informed Reception of our drainage issues. The response we recieved was poor. The Receptionist did not seem surprised or overly bothered about the issues and just said we would have a different room. We were then given room 219, which was blatantly a single room. It was substantially smaller than 103 and had 1 less of everything in there. My Husbands bedside table, was just small wooden table stuck in there. It was very compact and not enough room for 2 people.

Entertainment: They have entertainment 3 times a week. The other 4 nights there is nothing, other than a pool table, which despite being in an All Inclusive hotel, the pool table was chargeable at 2 Euros. They did have board games in the Reception area if you wanted to use those.

It was very clear to see, the Reception area had been upgraded and had money spent on it. But once you have left the ground floor and get to floor 1, it changes. The stairs after ground floor are carpeted and run down.

We had booked a 10 night stay, but left after 3 as we had been utterly misled by the photo's and description of this Hotel. The photo's look AI generated, as they certainly do not truly reflect the standard of this hotel. It is quite run down. It is not as modern, clean, well kept or scenic as shown in the photo's. We do not agree with the price we paid for the standard of hotel we arrived into. We feel totally misled.

Nice hotel, in quiet area. Food and drinks very good. Very few shops and restaurants in the area. Ok for a quiet break.

We were impressed with the location and cleanliness of the hotel along with the vast amount of sunbeds (no need to rush down and save a bed) there are two lovely swimming pools also. We found the location good with a harbour to walk too for a change of scenery or it’s a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach with excellent facilities along with shops and restaurants. Cons for us was the food we found some days better than others but limited choice overall, also the white wine we didn’t enjoy. The staff are lovely and a credit to the hotel.
