This wonderful hotel enjoys a peaceful location not far from the yacht harbour of Portals Nous. The airport is juts about 20 minute car ride away from the complex. Within walking distance, guests will be able to reach the closest sandy beach in the area, which is also very close to the town centre. Guests will also be able to find a variety of boutiques, small shops, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, as well as convenient public transport links. If they prefer to explore, the city centre of Palma is a short car ride away, there are several local and international restaurants, cafes bars and many shopping opportunities as well. If the plan is to stay in, travellers can choose resting by the side of the outdoor pool, having a refreshing swim, eating delicious food in the restaurant or relaxing in the spa. The comfortable rooms are decorated with vibrant colours and are equipped with cosy beds and all the essential amenities to have the most pleasant and unforgettable stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights, and as someone who stays in this area quite a bit, this hotel unfortunately falls well short of expectations. Compared to places like Tomir Portals Suites or Hotel Son Caliu, this property needs upgrades across many areas.
The Good: The beds were comfortable, and having a fridge in the room was handy.
Breakfast was very average, but it was a pleasant surprise to see a separate toaster and options for coeliac sufferers, along with some cakes and bread put out.
The location is decent for the town, though it is a good 15-minute walk to the nearest beach.
The Bad & The Frustrating: Dated Facilities: The entire hotel is showing its age. As an example, if you need an iron, you have to take a 5-minute walk down to a shared ironing room.
Pool Area Issues: The sun umbrellas are permanently fixed into the floor and cannot be moved, making it nearly impossible to adjust your shade as the sun moves. Furthermore, there is a severe shortage of sun beds compared to the total number of rooms.
Dining/Drinks: The soft drinks are served from a tap rather than cans or bottles, which feels cheap for the price point.
Room Maintenance: The general wear and tear is evident—the bottom of our bathroom door was in a particularly poor state, which sums up the overall lack of maintenance.
Given the price relative to what you pay at superior nearby spots like Tomir Portals Suites or Hotel Son Caliu, I would skip this one and stay elsewhere.

We left this hotel yesterday and had an absolutely lovely week here.
The breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice, and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially around the pool and bars.
Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the beds were made every day and towels changed too. The pool area was definitely one of our favourite parts of the hotel and the sunbeds were very comfy!
We also really liked that there was no need to get up early and run out to put towels on the sunbeds. There were plenty available, so it made the whole pool experience much more relaxed.
This hotel is perfect for a romantic couples holiday if that’s what you’re looking for too! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back here next year!🏝️☀️
Lovely, clean and friendly hotel
Just a perfect hotel and fantastic value for money. This is the 4th year that we have come here for a little break and we just love it. Firstly the staff are super friendly and the hotel is spotless. It’s so good to get everything included such as air conditioning, towels, safe and a complimentary drink. It’s only a short walk to the fantastic beach and harbour and there are so many top class restaurants near by. My favourite thing is the omelette for breakfast as it’s the best that I have ever had, it’s the same guy ever year and he just knows how to cook it freshly to perfection, thank you omelette man !! This year they have refurbished the bathrooms which is a lovely touch and the swimming pool has random bubbles , nice one. We will be back again for sure.

Beautiful hotel
Stayed here the end of August for a 4 day stay. Hotel was beautiful, modern and no rush for sun beds in the morning was a bonus. There is lovely kids pool and play area looked amazing. No poolside entertainment - just music playing. Nice and relaxing, and no entertainment on the evening. We were half board, breakfast was adequate but the evening food wasn’t good at all and virtually nothing fro children’s menu. Rooms - we had a small room with just about room for double bed, tiny balcony and lovely bathroom (mega slippy floor when wet). Marina is about a 20 minute walk and stunning boats around there. We walked into Magaluf and palma nova via walkways - takes about an hour but is a lovely walk with climbing frames for kids and fitness equipment for adults along the way.

Very good four star hotel
We stayed at this hotel for a week in mid-September. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, staff professional and courteous. I would say the food is average, but there is a good selection at breakfast with milk alternatives available. The rooms are a reasonable size, good clean bathroom facilities with balcony’s which all face the garden areas. Rooms and many areas of the hotel have all been upgraded recently to a high standard. Gardens are all considerately landscaped. The pool areas are in keeping with the overall design, but are a little unusual and not sure they would be suitable for swimming as such. Always sun loungers available. We used the spa facilities a couple of times during our stay which we enjoyed. Sauna, steam room etc with lovely heated pool. Overall this is what you’d expect for a good four star hotel. Plenty of restaurants within minutes and the beach is lovely, just a short walk away. We received a bottle of chsmpagne to the room on a birthday, which was a nice touch.
