Absolutely lovely hotel breakfasts great fresh and hot Reception staff helpful and happy Clean rooms air conditioning Beach a walk across a road Pool area always sun beds bar staff lovely Shops and places to eat close by Only one complaint Jet 2 we did not hear one other English person for 3 or 4 days And when in taxi first night the driver asked where we were from and saying England he asked why was we in German area ,all Germans he kept saying 🤷♀️ But everyone very friendly smiled and acknowledged us But jet 2 you should make people aware in your advertising of this hotel totally German area We been holidaying with jet 2 for a few years 2 holidays a year and never had no complaints

Highly Recommended Hotel
Everything about this hotel was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and spacious, it’s walking distance to the beach, the restaurant has an extensive menu of delicious food and drinks from around the world and great music (definitely a party vibe at night), and it has the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had (full buffet of more delicious food).

Lovely hotel great location.
Stayed overnight on Wednesday. The hotel is spotless our room was so clean and comfy with an amazing view over the pool towards the sea. It's in a great location for everything. Shops restaurants and bus stops into Palma and the airport. Staff at reception were very helpful and the breakfast was wow one of the best variety I have seen. There is a big entertainment venue next door which can be noisy but it didn't bother us.

What happened to Playa de Palma?
This hotel is very clean and the breakfast has an excellent choice for most tastes. The rooms are modern and some have a sea view. The staff are lovely too! The problem was the area. It’s great for partying and is mainly German. It’s not ok for families and people who are not so steady on their feet! I would not let my son explore as the first day my husband was offered cocaine twice. The street vendors can be aggressive and there were police everywhere as after 8pm most people had a lot to drink and it became hostile and felt unsafe. The sea front was filthy with rubbish and as they cleared it, people dropped more. The sea was the same, dirty and littered. Such a shame for a beautiful part of the world. I will not go back again😢
