Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The hotel is close to the beach but also suited right next to the main road and serveral bars. Impossible to read, relax or sleep because of all noise. With window or balcony door open you are distrurbed by other guests drinking and partying in the poolarea. No fridge in the room and you have to pay 17 euros to use the safety box. Unfortunatly a vaccation that left us very tired due to poor sleep. Breakfast is rarely average, does not look fresh at all so we skipped it the last days. Will not come back, there are several other hotels in the same pricerange that offer a more comfortable stay.
We booked our stay here by chance after our flight from Liverpool was cancelled to an earlier date, but we decided to fly back to Manchester a day later. We were originally planning to stay in Magaluf but decided to change our hotel after reading bad reviews. We decided to stay here as it had brunch served between 8am and 1.30pm also closer to the airport and the beaches were much nicer on arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant member of staff who checked us in and gave us 2 key cards for our room, which was much better than what we had booked originally having a jacuzzi on the very large balcony ,brunch was excellent 👍 and we would highly recommend staying here as it is very comfortable clean close to the beach and taxis buses bars and restaurants.
I’m not the first time in this hotel and every time I enjoy more and more. Especially I want to be thankful for the man at night shift Dario. Very nice, cute and kind man I wish you all the best, Dario
We stayed here for just one night during a 36 hour trip to Palma and were not disappointed.
A warm welcome, friendly staff, clean/well equipped/modern room, great breakfast/brunch (till 1.30pm 👍) and centrally located, therefore everything we were looking for.
The two ladies we spoke with on reception (Elizabeth and a tall girl with dark curly hair- sorry I didn’t catch your name) were really helpful. The bus into Palma (2 euros each way) is 100m from the hotel and the promenade a similar distance so perfectly situated.
This hotel is amazing value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it….and I’m pretty fussy!
We stayed for 4 nights in the double room with jacuzzi and bubble tent. We had a lovely view towards the bay with amazing sunrises and sunsets. I'd heard the area could be quite loud with parties however we found no issues and was quite quiet. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the balcony however our parasol was broken so trying to get shade was a little annoying as needed to keep going back to the room. The jacuzzi was decent but was a little awkward facing towards the resort across from the hotel who could see straight onto our balcony. The breakfast was mediocre. Good selection of fruit/cereals/sweet pastries. Our cereal on the first morning was hard and unedible so we didn't touch it the rest of our stay. Overall the room was good value for money and in an ideal location for access to busses into palma or S'arenal. I would stay again for sure. The restaurant El patio across the road was amazing. We ate dinner there 2 times but loads of options in the area for cheaper food too.
