A nice relaxing family trip to Palma de Mallorca
If you want a relaxing stay with your family, with great food and lots of stuff to do, this is the place for you! Do not forget to book deluxe and all inclusive and to visit the Palma beach and Palma old town too!

Basic rooms. In need of room upgrade
Pool area was lovely and clean. Staff in restaurants and bars very polite. Situated in an area where mostly German stay. Hotel has DJ around the pool at weekends. Singers in evening were good. Was all inclusive, but we chose to eat out, as food was not very hot, though lots of choice.. alcoholic drinks limited to 3 at lunch and 3 at dinner, though spirits not served in restaurant.. so we had to leave food, go to outside bar and bring it back into restaurant in a plastic cup.. not ideal. We stayed in standard room. Was very small. Needed an upgrade. Room Approx 12 inches wider than the bed. Would not stay again. Expected better quality

Disappointed
We were disappointed by the level of service provided in the hotel. The mattress was awful. The dinner buffet and the quality of food was disappointing.

Room was very noisy with loud air conditioning throughout the day and night and a very noisy dehumidifier in the room. Room was basic, but clean and the bed was very big and comfortable.
excellent 4 night stay
will stay again along with friends and family, very clean and amazing food, fabulous choice, clean pools indoor and outdoor, nice loungers, we stayed at one of there apartments which was spacious and well equipped.
