This magnificent hotel, housed in a traditional Majorcan structure and surrounded by beautiful gardens, is very nicely located in the centre of Playa de Palma and only 200m from the lively and vibrant area of El Arenal, where guests will find numerous shops, bars, pubs and discos. This is a perfect place to enjoy an animated holiday on this Mediterranean island. This hotel is classed as a “bikefriendly” hotel and welcomes cyclists from all over the world. The hotel boasts facilities to support both the leisure and professional cyclist.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Pool area was lovely and clean. Staff in restaurants and bars very polite. Situated in an area where mostly German stay. Hotel has DJ around the pool at weekends. Singers in evening were good. Was all inclusive, but we chose to eat out, as food was not very hot, though lots of choice.. alcoholic drinks limited to 3 at lunch and 3 at dinner, though spirits not served in restaurant.. so we had to leave food, go to outside bar and bring it back into restaurant in a plastic cup.. not ideal. We stayed in standard room. Was very small. Needed an upgrade. Room Approx 12 inches wider than the bed. Would not stay again. Expected better quality
If you want a relaxing stay with your family, with great food and lots of stuff to do, this is the place for you! Do not forget to book deluxe and all inclusive and to visit the Palma beach and Palma old town too!
Completely agree with the review from the earlier fredericdavid794. Welcome to little Germany. The hotel and surrounding area is full of football fans and the obvious behaviour fuelled by beer. We checked out of our 7 day all inclusive stay after the 2nd day having spent the 2 days searching for another more suitable hotel. We had reported issues with our room, but were told it was the best in the hotel. There were ants infested and mould in the bathroom. We were reluctantly shown a standard room as alternative but it was not any better and much smaller than our suite. We had the local Voyage rep also complain on our behalf. The hotel manager completely denied we had reported any issues. We also took videos of guest by the pool fighting but were told by the hotel not to share them on social media. As you can imagine it must of been completely unacceptable for us to check out knowing that they would deny everything and not issue a refund.
Great spot for a few days in the sun - good location, great pool, brilliant staff - so close to the airport too
The staff is good - waiters, cleaners, chefs and bartenders. But there were too few of them now. Spain is known for good customer service in its resorts.
