Amazing Amazing!!!!
Best hotel in Palma!! I came in May by accident as the hotel we originally booked was full and boy was that the best mistake ever! Hotel is absolutely amazing, so much that I brought my mum for her birthday in June. We booked a priority room and the views over the beach were amazing, loved sitting on the balcony watching the planes ✈️ food choice was great something for everyone even fussy me 😊 Amira from behind the bar is an absolute superstar, so helpful and smiley all the time. Nieves from housekeeping is also fab constantly smiling and make your morning. Another thanks to the entertainments team lady from Poland she is fab. Both pools were great, and always found free sunbeds no matter the time, big bonus for us as we like to explore in the morning! Also offered free drinks throughout the day around the pool, frozen margaritas, aperol spritz, daiquiri, corona - and snacks too! Crisps, nuts & popcorn. This was a lovely touch. The bar in front of the hotel has a Dj and is a good vibe, another fav of ours was Bikini Beach which is a 5 min walk away . Would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back xx

Not for long stays
Outstanding feature of the hotel is the staff, best ever. Beach, 30 euro for a pair of hard sunbeds. Room, good for short stay but inadequate for 2 week stay. Food, highly diverse. Entertainment daytime very well run. Entertainment evening, 90 min and mostly ignored by guests, with good reason. Guest from all points north and south but mostly German. Cold drinking water free 24 hrs a day. Bar drinks a tad expensive. No cider. Would I return for 2 weeks, never . There are a number of good reasons to enjoy a stay at this hotel but ridiculously expensive beach, room design and evening entertainment in the middle of a guest walkway, I shall return to mainland Spain.
Absolutely superb
From start to finish our 5 day break away was outstanding . Every member of staff were super friendly . The atmosphere is relaxed with a nice vibe. The food was great . Little extras in room were lovely . Came with a friend and we used the gym and did a couple of activities . We hope to come back again and get away from Scotland for some sun and relaxation ☀️
