Stayed here with friends for 4 nights. So many positives about the hotel ~ great location near airport, beach and many bars etc, lovely rooms with great toiletries and cleaned to a very high standard, comfy beds, amazing staff, plenty of sun beds, great Wi-Fi, lovely cold deep swimming pool, but mostly I thought the quality and choice of food was really excellent both at breakfast and dinner time. The dining staff made sure there was always plenty of food amd was constantly cleaning the areas. The air con could have been a bit colder and the usual bit of noise could be heard between adjoining rooms, but that’s the same with most hotels. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel, it really did make our holiday great.

We stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2025 and when we saw that the total eclipse was visible from Palma Beach in 2026 we booked again. We had a lovely time, staff were friendly, breakfasts were fabulous, rooms were spotless and the location (near the beach and a short drive from the airport) suited us.

My wife and I holidayed in this hotel a few weeks ago. It's a lovely hotel. The location is good. Just back from the sea front so you don't hear that much noise from the bars etc. and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. The beaches are lovely with plenty of free public areas to sun bathe and enjoy the sea. There's also a good bus route just outside the hotel for getting around Mallorca. The bus fare is reasonable although the buses can be quite busy. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a great hotel for families with so much put on by the animation team. I'd recommend it for families with young children. The entertainment is excellent with some really good and varied acts. We really enjoyed that.
We went all inclusive and the food was abundant and of a really good quality. Excellent in fact. There were themed menus on various nights which added to the variety on offer. The all inclusive drinks aren't really all inclusive but you are advised of that in advance. [It's a Mallorca wide restriction not just this hotel] That didn't work for us and to be honest we felt a bit cheated by it. You are allowed 3 alcoholic drinks with lunch and 3 at evening dinner. We are not big drinkers so we would have a glass on wine with dinner and that was it. But I'd like to have had a drink when watching the entertainment which you then had to pay for. The hotel actually has the IT capability, with their smart room cards to record this. So out of the 6 free drinks, we had 1 or 2 and had to pay for anything else. Non alcoholic drinks are free. The rooms were decorated and equipped well and generally of a very good standard. Shower was excellent with good supply of warm water. Air con worked well too. House keeping was very efficient and you got a text message to say when your room had been serviced. However, the walls are paper thin. You could hear everything in the rooms either side AND 2 doors down. I think an essential for a hotel is to provide or cater for a good nights sleep. So take a good pair of ear plugs with you! It could be easily fixed with some good acoustic panelling. The other issues was the sunbeds. When you're all inclusive you do want to spend time by the pool and take advantage of the amenities, pool and refreshments. Sadly, that wasn't always possible as there weren't always enough sunbeds, round the pool. People were putting towels down at 7am. Whilst there is a hotel policy of removing towels if left for more than 45 minutes, they just didn't bother. So again, for us, it didn't meet the benchmark for an all inclusive hotel.
A mixed review then although I would like to emphasis how good the staff were. We had a really great time in Mallorca, visiting some really special places. but I don't think we'd use this hotel again.
