This marvellous hotel is one of the hotels in Majorca where simplicity, elegance and the care for every detail prevail. It is very easy to get or come from the airport since it is located just a couple of minutes away. Within walking distance, guests will find many dining opportunities. At this beachfront hotel, each visitor will enjoy a perfect stay thanks to its beautiful views, wonderful decoration and delightful facilities. The property offers an impressive Sky Bar and pool where visitors can contemplate a beautiful sunset while sipping from their favourite drink. The outdoor swimming pool area is ideal to relax and rest on a sunbed or have a refreshing swim in it. Travellers can enjoy freshly prepared international cuisine in the restaurant surrounded by a cosy atmosphere. The bright and comfortable rooms are completely equipped to please all types of guests and have a sober and contemporary style with a touch of minimalism.

HM Tropical in Palma is not 4-star.
This is not a 4-star hotel. No room service. Buffet only restaurant (which is not made clear on the hotel's web site). Bathroom privacy in the rooms is non-existent - a glass wall and door separate the bathroom from the main room and there are gaps around the door that allow sight, sound and smell to pass. The furniture in our lateral view room did not fit the room and partially blocked access to the balcony. The hotel would struggle to attain a 2-star status in most European destinations, of which I have visited many. Do not stay at this hotel.

Avoid
Staff do not like British tourists and it really shows. This was the general feel in the surrounding area too. Rooftop pool dirty and cloudy. One staff member helpful, Stephanie and she did try to make amends for the rest of the staff. This stay did not leave a good feeling at all, most staff could not speak English or pretended they couldnt

Had a lovely time at HM tropical hotel Palma I don't understand the bad reviews they are getting. The staff were all lovely the food was good the area and close to the airport was perfect. I was there with 2 friends from 25th June for 1 week from Scotland flying with Tui from Inverness. We would definitely return to this hotel again we loved it.

Wonderful stay
Lovely hotel, beautiful rooftop pool and bar, with gorgeous views, room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and partial sea view. The room could be improved by making the bathroom more private as it had a glass wall and door. But this didn't stop us enjoying the hotel or our holiday. Hotel has a great location, walkable to the beach and restaurants and shops nearby.
