Loved some of facilities, would have liked option of bigger bed and coffee sachets , breakfast was warm at best and worst cold .
A great stay
Would highly recommend this hotel. We could not fault it. The staff, location, vibe and setting is amazing. Great restaurants either side and steps away from the beach. We took the red sightseeing train to neighbouring areas on a couple of evenings to explore as it stops right outside the hotel. For our family who have mobility issues a great stay was facilitated. We will return.

Lovely relaxing stay as Solo female.
I have just spent 6 nights at this lovely hotel and wished it could have been longer! It’s in a great location on a lovely beachside promenade that goes for miles. As a solo traveller my purpose was rest and exercise and sunshine on the beach but there are bus routes and all sorts of transport to visit Palma city, Old Town and beyond. I stayed in room 402. Had lovely pool and seafront views with sun on the balcony in afternoon evening. The rooms with side sea views also looked as good though I payed more for seaview. I did half board. Breakfast was plentiful, usual buffet style there were always healthier looking options at both meal times if you preferred. Meal times were very busy though and took away from the relaxing ambience of enjoying a meal. Lights were very bright in the evenings. Staff all very hard working and helpful. Room service and cleaning was to a good standard in my opinion. Cleaning and towel changed as needed every day. Had a lovely lunch at The Sky bar 1 day , Lovely views and a plunge pool out there. On a nice day you have to get out early as all the sun-beds are taken by 11 am. I prefer the beach so it didn't bother me. I chose to go out most evenings for dinner. I had a lovely meal every night but I really liked Ginger and Tapas y Mas (booking needed its very popular) its more picturesque as you walk along the coast away from Arenal and there are some nice beach side restaurants and tapas bars. I will definitely return to this hotel but probably just for breakfast knowing how lovely it is to eat drink and stroll around the promenade in the evenings. Important to say as a solo female I felt safe but recommend some mindfulness on the promenade at night.

Conclusion
Excellent accommodation, location, cleanliness of the hotel,Close to the beach, definitely recommended.The only complaint is that the price of dinner does not include at least water.

Really great location – the hotel is a bit worn. You can tell the staff are a bit weary of providing service.
