This beautiful hotel with a modern and sophisticated style is located in the island of Majorca, just about 10-minute drive away from the airport and 15 minutes from the centre of Palma where there are several restaurants, cafes, bars and many shopping opportunities. The property is perfect for both leisure and business trips alike since there are venues to host business meetings, conferences and other private events. Guests can have a great time in the outdoor pool area sunbathing, resting under the shadow of an umbrella or having a refreshing swim. If they prefer, they can relax in the indoor pool as well. The restaurant offers freshly prepared dishes and a lovely atmosphere. The cosy bar is ideal to spend a nice evening having a couple of drinks. The rooms have been decorated with warm colours and are equipped with all the essential amenities to make each traveller have the most unforgettable and pleasant stay.

Filthy pool area
We’d previously stayed in this hotel 3 times before and we definitely would not stay again, the pool area was filthy, bins not emptied, sun beds not hosed down in the evening litter not cleaned up. The hotel and room smelled of drains. Overall no hygiene
Twin room
My mum and I stayed in a twin room for 5 nights. Our stay was average, however we will not be returning. The room was clean to an extent, but with hairs on the bed on arrival, I didn’t feel it was cleaned to a high standard prior to our arrival. The room was cleaned daily and clean towels provided. The shower was good, very powerful with the choice of a handheld shower head or an overhead shower. The soap and shampoo dispensers remained full and smelled lovely. We intended to spend a lot time relaxing on the balcony however, the 2 x plastic chairs were very uncomfortable. The fridge in the room was tiny and as we were bed and breakfast, we would have liked to stored some fresh food in the fridge for lunches. There was 0 cutlery or crockery in the room, and again, we intended to see to our own lunches in the room. As you can stay room only, I feel it’s not unreasonable to expect basic cutlery and plates. The beds were average for comfort, they were adequate for the 5 nights we stayed there. There is very little space in the room, which isn’t a massive problem but just a bit inconvenient. The location is obviously good as the hotel is situated right on the beach however, as for restaurants, a lot of them are sea food and/or steak. There is definitely a gap in the market for an English restaurant or even a cafe. We actually ate from Burger King 3 x days of our stay. We would have walked for miles along the promenade to find a restaurant we liked however, in 36 degree heat we were sadly unable to (our fault for going at one of the hottest times). The aircon was exceptionally good. The buffet breakfast was very poor. The hot “fry up” style food was stale. The 2 x I attended breakfast, I had hot cereal, the whole milk was not kept in a chilled cabinet and was sitting at room temperature, or higher. There is a supermarket below the hotel which is handy for water and juice. There was a couple of mornings were we were unable to get a lounger by the pool. The outdoor pool is quite snalll for the size of the hotel, there is an indoor pool, however, it is like a greenhouse so very warm and humid. There is also the rooftop pool which is nice. The rooftop bar is nice to sit at for sunset however, drinks are pricy, €10 for a mocktail and €12.50 for a cocktail, which is fine if you are only having a couple. The rooftop is really lovely, lovely furniture, atmosphere, music. The reception area was nicely decorated and furnished, and was very cool with the aircon.

We had a great time in a very nice hotel.
My wife and I stayed at the HM Gran Fiesta in Mallorca in August 2026. We went mainly for the eclipse which was incredible. First impressions of the reception area were very good. It was cool and welcoming and the check in procedure was quick and the staff were very friendly. Our room, 405, was a little small with limited storage space but had everything we needed. Our first meal was in the evening and was very good. We were on half board and the food was very good throughout our stay. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and there is a huge choice of things to eat. Yes it’s a bit repetitive but with such a wide variety to choose from you can eat different things every day. The same can be said for the evening meal, which starts at 6:30, but there are variations and theme nights every day. Overall The food was very good and the staff in the restaurant, as with the rest of the hotel, were great. The lifts are very slow and 2 are very small but it was no big deal just a little annoying. The pool doesn’t open until 10:00am but the beach over the road is excellent as is the gently sloping sea bed. The only problem we had with our room was the safe refusing to open on our last day. This was fixed in around 5 minutes which was very impressive. The staff were great throughout all areas of the hotel with a particular shout out to Mark the American lifeguard who was excellent at keeping the pool safe especially for the small children. A big thanks to the management for suppling complimentary glasses for watching the eclipse. That was a really nice touch. Would I stay at this hotel again? Definitely.

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was not the best, mainly because of the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
The rooms were not clean enough. The floors were dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The housekeeper also did not provide enough towels for the room, so we had to ask for additional ones. There was also a strong unpleasant sewage smell coming from the room, which was very uncomfortable.
We also had a serious problem with the room door. Even after closing it, the door would unlock itself and would not properly lock. This made us feel unsafe. On the first day, we also had a problem with the air conditioning, so the room was extremely hot.
As for the food, breakfast was okay, but dinner was a complete disappointment. The choice of food was very limited, and overall, the quality of the hotel food was not good at all.
The best part of the hotel is definitely the rooftop pool — I mean the pool on top of the hotel, not the pool in front of the hotel. The rooftop area is really nice, and the bar there is excellent. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar were great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
Overall, the hotel has potential and the rooftop area is definitely a highlight, but the hotel really needs to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, the door security, the air conditioning and, most importantly, the quality of the food.
