This beautiful hotel with a modern and sophisticated style is located in the island of Majorca, just about 10-minute drive away from the airport and 15 minutes from the centre of Palma where there are several restaurants, cafes, bars and many shopping opportunities. The property is perfect for both leisure and business trips alike since there are venues to host business meetings, conferences and other private events. Guests can have a great time in the outdoor pool area sunbathing, resting under the shadow of an umbrella or having a refreshing swim. If they prefer, they can relax in the indoor pool as well. The restaurant offers freshly prepared dishes and a lovely atmosphere. The cosy bar is ideal to spend a nice evening having a couple of drinks. The rooms have been decorated with warm colours and are equipped with all the essential amenities to make each traveller have the most unforgettable and pleasant stay.

NICE HOTEL
Nice hotel, staff is very friendly! The rooms are cozy, most of them have sea view, the beach that is right in front is not that busy, a bit wavy but overall the experience was very pleasant! Recommended!
Not at a standard of 4* hotel
In general, I've liked the hotel and the proximity to the airport and to the beach is priceless. However, I don't think it's up to a 4* level, as there was no drinking water available aside from a complimentary bottle on the first night (we had to buy at a very high price in the hotel); there was no coffee in the room, no mini bar; no clean glasses after the first night, no body lotion and hair conditioner as standard toiletries (after spending the whole day in the sun you cannot go without these); etc. Based on my previous experience with many different 4* hotels all around the world, I would say this one is overpriced for what it offers.
Terrible Hotel
We stayed here early July - 4 ladies and the whole experience was terrible. When we got there it took nearly a hour to check in with a very rude receptionist. I had asked for rooms next to each other when i booked and also sent an email asking this, but we were at different ends to each other and asked for ones nearer and then we were told that we would have to pay extra !!! we then tried to get some food, we found some sunbeds and then one of our ladies went to get a pizza and we were told you could not eat and drink around the pool, ok we accepted that, we then went inside and asked 4 different staff could we order drinks and they kept saying 1 minute, 1 minute and the pizza came, and we asked again could we order drinks again was told 1 minute and we ate the pizza and nobody came to us for drinks. The pool is opens at 10am until 6pm and I am an early riser and like to have an early morning swim before breakfast but was unable to do that. We went up to the bar on the roof one night at 11.15 and was told it closed at 12am, so we got a drink and then went to the bar to get another at 11.45pm to be told we are closed again from a very rude bar tender. I could go on as there was something every day and the staff, and service leads a lot to be desired, it is a 3 star at tops and very very poor
The experience was very poor
The location itself is very good, but I do have some criticism regarding the service.
During our stay, there was an issue with the hotel's electrical system, leaving the entire hotel without power for around two hours. Because of this, a guest was trapped in the small lift for quite some time, which was a very concerning situation.
On another occasion, there was no running water for approximately one hour. While I understand that unexpected technical issues can happen, I was disappointed that the staff did not provide any meaningful updates, apologies, or compensation for these major inconveniences.
These are serious issues that I would not expect from a four-star hotel. Better communication and a more proactive approach towards guests would have made a significant difference. Overall, the location is excellent, but the service unfortunately did not meet the standard I expected.
