This charming hotel with its amazing 1000 m² garden is situated in a quiet location, on a small hill with fine sand beach just paces away. The surrounding area offers plenty of bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Guests are offered a games room, a TV room and a conference room. Dining options include a pool-bar, a cosy bar and a restaurant. The hotel also offers garage for bicycles and a kids club for younger guests. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car. All rooms are well equipped. The hotel offers guests use of the swimming pool with an integrated children's pool as well as a sun terrace and a snack bar. In addition, it has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, a steam room and a gym. Different sports options are available for the sports enthusiasts. Both breakfast and lunch and dinner are served in buffet style with show cooking.

Not what we were expecting
On a positive note first we were happy with the room, house keeping, bar area and the bar staff. On a negative note, we weren’t impressed with the food or the waiting staff. The food hardly warm and the quality of the ingredients was a lot to be desired on certain items. The crockery and glass ware not up to a clean standard. Waiting staff were busy but we were disappointed not to be offered a drink with our meal even though we tried to attract their attention. This also happened at breakfast time so we did not have a hot drink. Everyone else seemed to be offered. To be woken at 4am on two occasions by people returning to their rooms, shouting and singing and banging around etc not acceptable, this lasted for between 45 and 60 minutes. All in all a disappointing experience. We were happy enough with the location etc but with the negatives we would not choose to return as we left disappointed.

Great stay with friendly staff and amazing food
The staff was super friendly, the beds were fantastic, and the cleanliness really impressed me. The buffet food was also great every single day! The only downsides were the thin walls — you could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms — and a bit of confusion about the checkout time (the key card said 12, but reception said 11, which caused a little stress). Also, as someone who prefers taking the stairs to the 7th floor, I missed that the updated checkout info was only posted in the elevator.

Groupo Hotel Orient Palma
The was in a great location in Palma, Mallorca by taxi or drive and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We only stayed overnight, but we would have extended our stay if we had enough time. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and we were still able to have dinner since it was included in our half-board meal, even though we checked in late. I would love to stay again when I come back to Mallorca.

Friendly staff
Perfect hotel, even with my 1 year old daughter, just a few minutes walking to the beach or to the supermarcado. Only downside was the view from the room, facing to the back of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was better than in other half pension buffets.
Will not be returning
Booked this hotel through TUI firstly because it was in a good location for a venue I was attending, secondly because of the early morning flight times. On arrival at the hotel unable to check in to the room until 15.00, we were able to leave the suitcases in the luggage room & use the toilet to get changed which was annoying as the check-in time is not mentioned in TUI description, we were able to use the hotel facilities. The rooms are good, clean a good sized bathroom with shower & hairdryer also has a small fridge no tea or coffee making facilities in the room,tv which there were some english channels & aircon. We stayed HB there was a reasonable choice of food although some of it did look like it had been sat around for some time stale hard bread & salad that had seen better days but you just avoid eating if it doesn't look good, the dining room does a table service for drinks which is fine but the staff could not understand when I asked for a beer another member of staff came over to our table again I asked for a beer and her reply was ( you pay the bill when you leave ) after 10 minutes finally got a beer. There are some staff in the restaurant that are extremely rude with bad attitudes towards guests I would suggest that customer service training is required also just mention at breakfast again this is table service for tea & coffee as there are signs on the machines that staff only can operate these so you will be waiting some time. TUI also forgets to mention that this hotel is 90% young, drunk & loud groups of German kids. This is not a 4 star hotel so book with caution.
