Zafiro Bahia

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mallorca (last week in June and the first week in July). From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious with plenty of variety and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings of Mallorca.

Every part of our experience was positive and we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly and memorable stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Set about 30 minute bus journey from Alcudia old town this stunning hotel ticked all our boxes for a family of 4 with a 3 and 6 year old.

Rooms were spacious and the apartment style meant it never felt cramped. Our room was just a room (didn't pay extra for a view) so our balcony just overlooked the hotel next door.

Entertainment staff from mini club were absolutely fantastic. We couldn't leave our 3 year old due to his age so we stayed with the kids and saw how amazing all the staff were with the kids. Fun activities planned every morning right up until the mini disco and kahoot quiz in the evening. The girls' energy was just fantastic. They knew all the kids names and put 100% into everything that they did. The spoke several languages and made everyone feel welcome. When they weren't doing kids mini club they were putting their energy into taking a class by the pool e.g. water mat running, water aerobics or water spin class.

All hotel entertainment is available to see on the Zafiro app. The range of themes for mini club changes everyday and the entertainment show for the whole family was always different (kids mini disco was the same but the kids loved that). Big shout out to Sofia and the other energetic girl with the fringe who are worth their weight in gold.

Food was fantastic. We were all inclusive for breakfast and dinner. We were so stuffed from breakfast we rarely needed lunch. Dinner has different themes every night and even our fussy 3 year old had loads to pick from. We saw the chefs catering to families to had dietary requirements so they really were inclusive.

Pool facilities were fantastic and yes people put towels on sunbeds but you could always find one/two especially by the kids pool. The big double beds by the pool tend to free up around 4ish so you can get one of those then if you aren't up to get one in the morning.

Would 100% go back to Zafiro Bahia. Our family of 4 left feeling like we had a holiday rather than just parenting in a different location.
