This was our second stay at this hotel because our children loved the swimming pool so much during the first visit. They also had an amazing time with the aqua gym and foam party - and so did we!
The buffet was also fresh, well presented, and offered a wide variety of delicious food. The breakfast was especially excellent.
The service at the reception was outstanding. You can really tell that the staff work well together as a team and enjoy a great atmosphere among themselves. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We will definitely be happy to come back again!
We stayed at Viva Blue & Spa in the Selection Club and had a very enjoyable family holiday.
The room was clean and well maintained. The facilities for children were excellent: swimming pools, a small football pitch, an inflatable castle and table tennis. Our children loved them!
The food in the main restaurant was fine, although nothing exceptional. A little more air conditioning in the restaurant would also be appreciated, especially during very hot weather.
The Selection Club service, however, was excellent. A special mention goes to Anaïs for her kindness, professionalism and attentiveness throughout our stay.
A very good choice for a family holiday!
It was a great experience!
Everyone seems to work there with so much passion and care. A special shout-out to the reception team—they were incredibly kind and welcoming!
They truly made us feel at home.
Thank you so much!
Vacation with 3 kids with 8y, 5y and 2y. The staff and the swimming pools are the best in the hotel. The a/c in the room should be updated
Location is fine we've been to the part of the Majorcan coast multiple times is about 45 minutes by car from Palma airport. The hotel it's self was very good we had a good check in with Anaïs from guest services she explained everything about the hotel and facilities very well. We had a slight issue after check in our bands for the room didn't work but the front desk team sorted it very quickly. The atmosphere of the hotel was good family friendly I'd say you could chill if needed or get involved in the numerous activities and pools. The room we had was clean well equipped a small suite. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Value wise it was fairly expensive we booked through Jet2 holidays but you get plenty for your money. It was slightly noisy at night but that's due to the amount of families and entertainment. Food was very good plenty of selection and different themes every night. On our last day it appears that our room access was ended too prematurely which was a slight hassle again front desk team sorted that for us. I'd also like to see the hotel invest in some anti mosquito technology we've had similar in Scotland. Might have been all the conditions conspiring but the mosquitos made sitting out in the evening watching the entertainment difficult even with the strongest repellent.
