This lovely hotel is located in the attractive, quiet resort of Playa de Muro. The spectacular sandy beach is just a stone's throw from the hotel and it is just 3 km to the centre's copious shops and other entertainment attractions. It is well worth paying a visit to the neighbouring nature reserve.
The building was constructed in 1995 and consists of 5 floors and a total of 265 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful, large garden and pool area, a substantial lobby with lifts, a currency exchange counter and a 24-hour reception. There is also a supermarket, bicycle hire, a café, a snug bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs available for small children. Business guests may make use of the Internet access. Guests may also use the medical assistance if necessary. Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the play area or in the kids club. The Hotel is open from March to October. All of the en suite rooms are stylishly furnished and fitted with a hairdryer, a comfortable lounge area, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a food preparation area, air-conditioned, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. The hotel enjoys its own indoor swimming pool, a pool with a children's paddling pool, a snack bar, parasols and sun loungers, a gym and a spa area with a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a solarium and relaxing massages. Guests are spoilt by the hotel's big offer of sporting activities. The hotel organises a diverse entertainment programme on a daily basis. There is a fine buffet available at breakfast and in the evening. In the evenings there is also an á la carte menu on offer. It is possible to book a half-board stay.
This hotel is suitable for cycling breaks and welcomes cyclists from all over the world. The hotel boasts facilities to support both the leisure and professional cyclist.

Beautiful surroundings, but the experience doesn’t live up to them
The hotel itself is genuinely beautiful. The buildings, flowers and surroundings create a lovely setting, and there is clearly a lot of potential here. Unfortunately, for our family, the overall experience did not live up to those beautiful surroundings.
The entertainment was one of the weaker parts of our stay. We hardly took part in any of the activities, as neither the daytime programme nor the evening entertainment managed to engage us or our children. It also felt quite repetitive, with many of the activities being very similar from day to day.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. We were very happy that we had not booked all-inclusive after trying both lunch and dinner at the hotel. At lunch, we were served a burger with a fridge-cold, dry bun and meat that clearly tasted as if it had come straight from the freezer. We (seven people) paid €108 for lunch and €184 for dinner, and the quality was nowhere near what you would expect at those prices. The breakfast buffet was okay and noticeably better.
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with plenty of potential, but for our family, the quality of the experience simply did not match the surroundings or the prices. With more attention to detail, better food and a stronger activity programme, it could be a very different experience.
Enjoyable and Impressively Clean
Location is excellent, only minutes to the beach. Very fun atmosphere around the pool during the day. Can't comment on the entertainment at night though. Room was just right for us. Sofa has two fold out single beds, very much a positive. Cleanliness of the property is a stand out. Maintenance was out every day and it shows. No issue with any noise at night and our balcony faced to a quiet road. Restaurant had something every night to enjoy. Breakfast did seem repetitive, but you've so much choice and you can't eat everything every day. Staff handled any request well. We wanted a bed rail on our first night, it arrived really quickly. The kettle was tripping a breaker, it was replaced in no time at all. I completed a guest survey and noted no welcome pack as I had booked directly, sure enough one was in the room on returning. I did not expect that. Anaïs Lorenzo in guest services read the survey and acted. Really impressed me. Overall a great holiday enjoyed here.

Perfect hotel
Clean hotel with nice straff that could answer our questions. Has good pool area for family’s and the hotel is near the beach. There are a few restaurants nearby but the hotels has three good restaurants. I would strongly recommend going to this hotel.

Greta for children
We had a fantastic time at this hotel! It is a wonderful place for families. The kids loved the swimming pools and the aqua park, which kept them entertained for hours. The food was also excellent with a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children!

Family trip
We had a wonderful stay at VIA BLUE in Mallorca with our extended family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The hotel was perfect for a large family group, with a great atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and plenty of space for both adults and children. Everything felt well organised, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the service really contributed to making our holiday special.
We particularly appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the family-friendly facilities. There was something for everyone, while still feeling like a place where you could properly unwind.
We are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend VIA BLUE to families and larger groups looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mallorca. We would happily come back!
