Excellent family hotel
Currently enjoying a six night stay at this great hotel. Booked as a last minute deal for a family of three in a basic family room.
Check in was quick and included complimentary prosecco. The hotel and room are spotless. The grounds, pool etc are beautiful. The staff are universally friendly. The food quality is a real stand out.
The hotel is literally on the beach which is great for my 8 year old who can go between sand and the pool. The kids club is also great, yesterday they were baking cookies, today they have Olympics. Last night they also had a Frozen show. Definitely a hotel for families with kids under 12.
Only a few minor complaints or issues, but none worth registering here. Whist the hotel was not cheap, we would stay again.
Worth noting the hotel guests this week are German/Swiss. Not sure if this is seasonal or year round.

Second visit and would happily come again
We stayed 4 nights half board as a family of 3 including a 3 year old. We can't fault this hotel. The compact layout is perfect for a family with young kids, nice to have the slides. We like the setting of the family room with the sofa beds area and separate main room. Always busy at meal times but never had an issue finding a table shortly and staff are efficient at setting the tables as well as with drinks orders. Complimentary drinks and pastries for my husband on his birthday (I didn't request) were a nice touch. Lovely beach. We all loved our stay (this was our second visit after being here in June 2025) and would happily stay again.

Wonderful
This is our second time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, I never got around to writing a review after our first visit.
The hotel is very family-friendly and especially well suited for families with children. This year, they opened a new children’s area, and there is also a kids’ club and evening entertainment for children.
The food is good, with a great selection of drinks available as part of the all-inclusive package. This year, they also opened an additional café in the lobby, where some wonderful ladies work and provide excellent service.
The hotel grounds are kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. Even after a storm, everything is cleaned up and back in order within about an hour.
I would especially like to mention how friendly and helpful the entire staff is. They are always ready to assist with any question or request, from the reception and lobby team to the kitchen staff.
I would like to give special thanks to the chef, Vanessa, who is always so positive and wonderful with the children, Pedro Luna, Adriana from the entertainment team, Pep and the entire reception team, Tomeo, and of course the whole hotel team.
We had a wonderful stay and would be very happy to return to this hotel with our family again.

Disappointed
We stayed at this hotel twice. Two years ago, we had a really great experience — the food was very good, the entertainment was enjoyable, and overall the hotel offered a high standard.
Unfortunately, this year the experience was completely different. The quality has noticeably declined, and it feels like the hotel has started cutting costs in many areas. The food and entertainment were not nearly as good as before, and the overall standard was much lower.
It’s disappointing to see such a big change in just two years. Considering the current price, we definitely don’t think the hotel offers good value for money anymore. Based on our experience this year, we would not choose to return.
