This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa de Muro, just 800 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. Inviting shopping areas with shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The Airport can be reached within an hour drive. The welcoming 340 rooms come with everything added for guests to guarantee a pleasant stay. There are three swimming pools in the outdoor complex, two of them for all the guests and one only for adults, as well as a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. Those wishing to relax may kick back in the hot tub and sports enthusiast may make use of the hotel tennis courts and the in-house gym. Guests can enjoy at the buffet restaurant with a wide variety of dishes for all meals or drink at the bar.

Nice staff, clean but very very loud evenings
Very clean and nice staff. Very very loud in the evening until 11pm. Adult pool was great but ducks occasionally poo pool side. Did get bitten but not a massive issue if you keep bedroom shut. Breakfast is reasonably good but a little like a canteen as they dont open the doors etc. Room was cleaned daily. Good bus to beach. Beaches are busy but wonderful. Forget hotel hire bikes they are cheap but not maintained at all. Strange cost for using a safe..bizarre. You can pay for evening buffet 20 euro so not bad. Its chicken pork or fish salad and chips. Pudding is the normal poor quality cakes which look amazing and dont taste great. Lots of fruit so that was good. There is good and bad but if you are a couple and like a quiet relaxed evening this is not for you! There is no escaping that. Probably wouldn't go here again but I liked the area and beach.
Relaxing holiday
We stayed here from 8th -15th September we had a fantastic time. The location is approximately 15 minutes walk from the main centre. There are some lovely restaurants on the main strip. The atmosphere in the hotel was great, the food was good, always found something to eat. Drinks on the all inclusive were great and the drinks not included you can pay half price for. The rooms were spacious and clean, the rest of the hotel including pool, bars and restaurant were also very clean and the gardens were maintained well. The hotel was quiet during the night for sleeping we stayed out of high season so was less busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon checking out you keep one keycard if all inclusive for lunch, not sure about dinner as we were collected at 5pm. In the luggage room there is also a shower and changing room so you can stay by the pool if on a later flight, change for going home which is great not had this before. The facilities in the hotel were good, the shop seemed well priced upon comparison to the others in town. There is also a free shuttle bus that runs Sunday to Friday if you don’t fancy the walk.

Fantastic hotel
This is a fantastic hotel we really enjoyed our stay , staff are amazing and very friendly nothing is too much trouble for them entertainment was great too , we only stayed b&b so unable to comment on other meals . Spotlessly clean from rooms to poolside to outside bars etc . Would definitely recommend a stay here for sure .
