Avoid this hotel
Before arrival, we called the hotel and were explicitly told that a parent accompanying our under-18 sons at check-in would be fine. Several parents did so. The hotel nevertheless refused check-in.
Staff then repeatedly promised a full refund, only to later deny this and rely on an earlier email stating that an adult had to stay for the entire booking.
After weeks of arguing, they eventually refunded 50%.
We followed the hotel’s instructions, yet they refused the booking, went back on repeated promises of a refund, and then threatened legal action when we said we would share our experience publicly. The entire experience felt deeply misleading and, frankly, like an attempt to make us pay for a situation the hotel itself had created. Avoid this hotel.

Relaxing break after major surgery.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of August. We had a wonderful upgraded room. 901.. fabulous views of themarina, spacious, comfortable and clean. It was quiet and on the same floor as the pool area. We were bed and breakfast. The breakfast selection was lovely and eggs cooked to your choice. Very clean and relaxed outside breakfast area with fabulous views of the marina. All the staff were so friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again and it was a much needed break after major surgery and cancer treatment.

Great 4 nights at Mirador Hotel, Palma
Just returned from a fab 4 night stay in Palma in this hotel. We both had a great time and have only good things to say about the hotel. I did read a review which said that where they served breakfast was small and you had to go down early, but they have done improvements in the last couple of years. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor with great views with inside or outside dining. Breakfast was plentiful with everything you would expect. There is a rooftop pool area with a little bar. I used the spa and had it to myself. Christian, behind the bar made a mean Aperol Spritz. One only observation I had was the bar and restaurant area could look a little more appealing on an evening with lighting etc. Our room was cleaned every day as well as towels replaced. The staff behind the reception were helpful and booked taxis when needed etc. Deff would return.

Cheeky mini break
Well situated with beautiful sea views and of the cathedral. A little to far out for us walk into the centre of Palma but good bus service from outside the hotel and the red trip bus. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in the hotel. Good choice of fresh foods and lovely staff Room was a good size and clean . Excellent shower Roof top pool bar was disappointing . Pool very small bar not always staffed and no shelter from the shower we had Reception staff friendly and helpful

A wonderful stay
Our stay was for 6 people
Your staff are all exceptional, we had a lovely warm reception and all of our rooms were together.
The breakfast is wonderful and the views from the balconies can't be beaten.
We especially praise the very secure system for luggage once we had vacated our rooms.
