Great hotel
Ideal location for most places in Palma. 15 to 20 min walk to cathedral area. Great view of the marina from the front rooms. Rooftop pool was nice. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Would definitely book again
Wonderful stay!
Perfect location to old town and with stunning views of the marina and even the Cathedral. Thank you to the Hotel for providing me a bottle of fizz on the house to help me celebrate my big birthday ….I really appreciated that ….great surprise in our room! Staff were all helpful and friendly even looking after our cases all day whilst waiting for our late flight home, locking them up and also for making us feel welcome to stay and chill. Rooftop pool with bar was ideal to relax and stay cool with beautiful views of the marina once again. Comfy beds and very clean room, very spacious restaurant upstairs with fabulous views once again would definitely recommend this place and we plan to return in the future

Avoid this hotel
Before arrival, we called the hotel and were explicitly told that a parent accompanying our under-18 sons at check-in would be fine. Several parents did so. The hotel nevertheless refused check-in.
Staff then repeatedly promised a full refund, only to later deny this and rely on an earlier email stating that an adult had to stay for the entire booking.
After weeks of arguing, they eventually refunded 50%.
We followed the hotel’s instructions, yet they refused the booking, went back on repeated promises of a refund, and then threatened legal action when we said we would share our experience publicly. The entire experience felt deeply misleading and, frankly, like an attempt to make us pay for a situation the hotel itself had created. Avoid this hotel.

Relaxing break after major surgery.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of August. We had a wonderful upgraded room. 901.. fabulous views of themarina, spacious, comfortable and clean. It was quiet and on the same floor as the pool area. We were bed and breakfast. The breakfast selection was lovely and eggs cooked to your choice. Very clean and relaxed outside breakfast area with fabulous views of the marina. All the staff were so friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again and it was a much needed break after major surgery and cancer treatment.
