Amazing location and staff
I stayed here from 29 May to 1 June. The location was amazing, you can walk to everywhere in Palma from the hotel. There is a bakery 3 mins away called Forn Bonaire, we went there every single day. If you’re driving the hotel charges 22 euros per day and parks the car for you like a valet.
Room was always clean, and everything was perfect. We saw quite a few faces daily but every single staff was so kind. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Will definitely come back.
Fabulous hotel, great location, nothing is too much trouble
Totally recommend this hotel. From arrival to departure every member of staff was helpful and attentive from providing a kettle for tea to making sure fresh milk was provided every day. Using the spa before a late flight was really lovely. Location was very central and rooms had everything required.

Couldn’t Have Asked for More
We stayed at Summum Hotel for our wedding, and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. We stayed in the bridal suite, which was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for the bridesmaids to get ready and for our pre-wedding photos.
The hotel also let us use different areas for photos and were more than happy to accommodate our photographers and groomsmen. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The team went above and beyond with a number of requests that were well outside what you’d normally expect from a hotel, and they always did it with a smile.
The location is fantastic, the hotel itself is stunning, and the service is genuinely exceptional. Staying here was a big part of making our wedding weekend so special.
We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summum Hotel to anyone visiting Palma.

Phenomenal experience
We had an amazing time at your hotel, the entire staff was phenomenal! Professional, warm and friendly! Our best experience ever!!! From the time we checked in, it felt like home!
