Don't hesitate to stay here.
Lovely location in Old Town, highly walkable, wonderful service extensive breakfast buffet. Rooms are large, ours was two story. Very large bathrooms. My only nit is you have to get your luggage up the stairs. A nice amenity is access to Puro Beach Club Palma, with shuttle transport. If you have Luciano or Meriem helping you, you can only expect excellent service.

Great Hotel
Beautiful Hotel in the heart of the Old Town. Lovely rooms great breakfast though a bit expensive. Great Beach Club with free shuttle. Luciano very helpful.

Luxury hotel at a good price.
Great location, calm atmosphere, bright and airy with beautiful decor and a very nice smelling reception area! Staff were super helpful. The room was set up for three, 1 large double and a comfortable sofa bed. Plenty of space for storage and an excellent bathroom including robes, soaps and shampoos. Good attention to detail and very clean. The breakfast selection was generous with a good mix of savoury and sweet options. Even though the hotel is central, we were not bothered by noise.
The only tiny negative would be the roof top area which was left with a few used glasses and towels used by guests and typically breakfast was busy 9-9.30am so the waitresses weren't able to explain to us the procedure for ordering coffees and menu items. I would defintiely return.
