Beautiful hotel in a stunning city
I’ve been to Majorca on a number of occasions but this was my first trip to stay in the city. The city itself is incredible, some beautiful architecture and lovely streets to walk and good shops and restaurants, I’d highly recommend it as well as highly recommended this hotel. The way it’s been created from an old building is fantastic, we had a suite for 4 days and everything was impeccable. The service from the front desk to the breakfast staff and cleaners was brilliant and I can’t speak highly enough of them. We had breakfast included and there was a good selection of egg dishes you could have freshly made and the eggs bacon etc etc was good, plenty of good coffee and tea as well as a good selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and pastries available. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again, it was a lovely stay.

Puro Grand the place that’s amazing
A place of class and staff that went beyond in all departments creating a blend of an amazing experience. Particular mention for Lauren on reception who retrieved a difficult situation with total professionalism .
Puro Grand Hotel - Best place to stay in Palma
A lovely hotel in a really beautiful location situated in the heart of the Old Town, close to the Cathedral and all the restaurants and shops. Thankfully our room overlooked an internal courtyard so it was quiet at night. Great breakfast and lovely attentive staff who can not do enough for you. Special mentions to Alejandro, Miriam, Lauren and Johan. I would definitely stay there again.
They go the extra mile!
Great location, superb and welcoming staff. Delightful, well-appointed room with a spacious bathroom and shower. Great value for the cost, clean, and quiet, with nice amenities. We didn't try their restaurantThe staff went out of their way to get us settled in, manage parking for our rental car, and overall just made our stay that much better. In fact, because the streets of Palma are pretty confusing, we parked our car about a fifteen minute walk from the hotel. One of the staff asked where our car was parked and what kind of car it was. Our directions to him were a bit vague, but he found the car (which had some of our luggage in the trunk) and drove it back to it could be valet parked. That's going the extra mile!

Puro hotel didn’t disappoint!
Great location, although in the city centre near restaurants and shops, this hotel was quiet and calm, with helpful friendly staff. Rooms were very clean with amazing facilities. Definitely go back to stay next year. Liverpool ladies.
