The city design hotel has an unbeatable location in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. It is located just 5 minutes from the street Jaime III, one of the most exclusive shopping areas of the city, as well as nightlife areas and restaurants such as La Lonja and Santa Catalina where guests can enjoy delicious dishes. It also has public transport links just outside the building, including the airport and port bus connections. The building has 60 rooms and offers a maximum comfort for guests to feel at home. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with shower/bath. Most of them offer a small balcony with views of the old town and cathedral. Business guests may appreciate fully-equipped two meeting rooms which can accommodate 50 delegates. All to offer a pleasant stay to each individual guest.
Gem of a hotel,on bus route from airport.Easy walking distance to the old town.Plenty of restaurants near by for breakfast, snacks or dinner
I have booked a standard room for nine nights, the staff at reception were kind and welcoming. For a four star rating the room, although clean, advertised with 20m² barely offered enough space for two people with two suitcases. The bathroom, very small and uncomfortable, displayed an ugly water resistant paint rather than some decorative tiling. There was an electric kettle but no coffee/tea bags. The paper cups provided leaked when filled with water. The overall room amenities were very basic and are not worthy of the four star rating. R.H.
I do not recommend staying in hotel Palladium, please spend your money elsewhere. We were placed in a room right next to the elevator, with no space in between—the room door literally opens directly into the elevator area.
The room is very small. We only had two carry-ons, and there was barely any space for them. If we had two full-size suitcases, there would be nowhere to put them.
There is no air conditioning or ventilation in the room. I cannot sleep, and all the noise from the street sounds like the windows are open, even though they appear to be closed.
The bathroom door is made of glass and you can hear everything.
The towels look like they were white 15 years ago, but now they are worn out, thin, and have a gray-brown color. I honestly feel uncomfortable even touching them.
There is a ring of green mold around the shower, and the water drains very slowly both in the shower and the sink.
A great few days here again. A single room on the top floor was small but perfect for me and a couple of extra requests were immediately supplied by the housekeeping team. The staff I met were professional, helpful, visible and efficient and I look forward to returning when next in Palma
4 star hotel? I’ve stayed in better Wetherspoons, the view from the window was a courtyard of derelict tenement buildings, advertised a bar it didn’t open over 7 days, the room had no cupboards or drawers or bedside cabinets just open air hanging space and two shelves, onto the shower this was so small if you bent down you opened the door, the floor was covered with mold. On the positive side you can get a public Bus from the airport to the hotel front door at 4.5 euros
