Stunning hotel poorly maintained
Wonderful old palace , fabulous art.. however zero atmosphere. Maintenance very poor , serious signs of wear in the bathroom , broken tiles… The plumbing does not work , toilet only flushes 1/10 times, used the bin filled with water to flush , told receptionist twice , nothing was done… and same at checkout, zero response or reaction, no apology sadly.:: Safe also didn’t work on arrival had to wait for maintenance… Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and the staff were fabulous different to the nonchalant attitude on reception particularly at checkout.. I rarely review and probably wouldn’t have if we had had an apology for lack of decent plumbing on checkout. Sadly will not be returning.

Excellent 12 room boutique hotel, centrally located. Spent three nights with my wife and daughter.
Breakfast was the best experienced ever. Incredible. Spa was really enjoyable. Receptionist Joanna is next level. So unbelievably helpful. Would highly recommend.
Best location & breakfast on Mallorca!
The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect for exploring Palma. And the food - It's not just a meal, it's an experience! If there were Michelin stars for breakfast, Chef Andre would have a few! Everything was amazing from start to finish! Thank you to the hotel, the chef and Sabrina for such a joyful experience!
Beautiful hotel
Beautiful old palace converted into a hotel. Perfect location to explore and very close to the sea. Excellent service and the breakfast is really good. We stayed in the “Gershwin” room which had its own private deck with nice little view of the gardens behind the hotel. Recommended.

Perfect honeymoon
Recently, my wife and I stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. We spent 6 days there and can say without hesitation that it was the highlight of our trip. From the perfect location (about a 2-minute walk to the cathedral and roughly 500 meters from the parking lot) to the quality of the room — everything was very clean and well organized every day.
Since we were on our honeymoon, we asked for recommendations for good restaurants and beaches, and every staff member, without exception, was eager to help us.
A special mention goes to the breakfast service, where we were treated wonderfully by Chef André and Sabrina. They did everything they could to make us feel at home, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful meal while always paying attention to the smallest details — like the honey we requested on our first day, which they made sure we had every day after that.
Without a doubt, this is a hotel that lives up to all the charm surrounding it, and we will certainly return to celebrate our wedding anniversaries
