was not satisfied either for the service as „the level“, or the infrastructure as large suite in a 4 star superior hotel since the shower fixture was loose, adhesive backing of shampoo holder failed, and the worst part is even the bathroom sink fell off and almost hurt my mom. Even said the manager that they have been supervising and keeping every single infrastructure under maintenance..which I can’t agree..
Along with the missing duvet’s cover and a service line without answering for twice…
Yes, they did let us change the room eventually, but all the things were just pretty discomfort and disappointing.
As a compensation, the lovely manager agreed to a 100 euros for parking fee refund and a late check out which I don’t really need for a 2765 euro hotel cost in total, and I signed a acceptance document that I have waived all my right to any kind of further escalate, to get the refund.
All these things are just based on facts.
Normally I don’t write any comments, but I try to write my experiences this time.
Great Hotel
Lovely hotel. Close to the city centre and a good breakfast. Gym is small but sufficient, pool is lovely but sometimes difficult to get a bed.
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
This hotel was extremely poor in all areas. Unfortunately, the overall standard fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Clean and Convenient, but Lacking Atmosphere And basic
We found the hotel to be clean and tidy, and the reception team were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Our bedroom was probably the highlight. It was modern, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel is also in a convenient location, within walking distance of the centre of Palma, and we managed to find parking just down the road.
That said, we found the hotel itself a little disappointing in terms of atmosphere and design. The interior felt quite dark and, with the extensive wood cladding, it reminded us slightly of a hospital. There wasn’t much natural light, and overall it felt quite basic and lacked the character and warmth you would expect from a hotel.
The terrace also looked a little tired and could benefit from some TLC. We found some of the bar service slightly unprofessional too, with staff being quite loud. We also witnessed a meal order being completely mixed up, which unfortunately didn’t give the best impression.
The exterior of the building is also quite unattractive, although this obviously isn’t something the hotel can easily change.
Overall, this is a clean, modern and convenient hotel, and we think it would be a good choice for a one-night stay, particularly if you’ve just arrived in Palma or are looking for somewhere convenient before heading to the airport. However, for a longer stay, we felt it lacked the atmosphere and character we were looking for.

Solid stay for reasonable price
Overall good four star hotel. Room was clean; marble bathroom was nicely done. Hotel provided extra towels to use at pool or beach. Hotel is very close to airport and right across the street from the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.
Breakfast buffet has nice variety, but recommend to go before 9am. It closes at 10:30 and by 10am they seem to stop refilling buffet and it is very crowded. Pool was more for a quick dip than a swim and probably not big enough to keep kids entertained long. Chairs were hard to come by as they were all full in the first hour the pool opened, but you can grab one if you’re patient.
We spent most of our time away from the hotel and only ate breakfast there so it’s proximity to local attractions, restaurants and the sea worked for us and at about half the price of posher hotels nearby.
