Great hotel for a relaxed break
Enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel. Entering the hotel the atmosphere is very relaxed and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a balcony room which, despite being on the small side, was really clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The balcony was great to sit and watch the world go by. The pool area was a bonus - after a long day exploring we returned to the pool area to relax with a cocktail. There is a roof top bar which is also very comfortable with shaded areas. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent with great choices and excellent coffee. The waitress in here was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel for a future visit. Thank you to JS Plaza Palma for a great relaxed weekend. 💕

Modern hotel in a ideal location
Beautiful hotel in a ideal location, only 15 - 20 mins to and from the airport by taxi. Nice modern decor and feel, rooms are nice and cosy and bathroom is supplied with Rituals products which is a extra bonus. Shower was very good nice and powerful water pressure. Paid extra for the balcony room which was nice to sit and watch the busy street below, couldn't hear any outside noise at nice which was superb. Breakfast is table service and was freshly prepared and fairly quick and wasn't too busy when we went down. The spa offers a few massages and only accepts cash or bank transfer if you are wanting any treatments, no card payments are accepted for this. The roof top bar when I visited was unmanned which is a shame as I did want to sit next to the pool with my book and a nice drink but went down and sat on my balcony. I would definitely stay here again staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Modern Palma Hotel
Grest modern hotel not too far from the historic centre, Cathedral or Marina. We had a charming room with a balcony. The room although small had everything we desired. Also some drinks were provided free in the mini bar. Very nice. rooftop area with plunge pool were you can get drinks & snacks. The breakfast in the restaurant was tasty and plentiful. My daughter enjoyed using the spa area . All the staff were helpful & friendly and provided good restaurant recommendations There are however loads of good restaurants nearby snd plenty of good local shops & bars . I can truly recommend this hotel

Great location and superb staff
Superb break in a great city. Hotel was wonderful from check-in to departure. They could not have been more helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Superbly taken care of by the staff. Loved the rooftop pool space on the 6th floor. Superb way to wind down after a day in the city. Quiet location which was really handy for the city centre, harbour front and transport. Breakfast was amazing. Exceptional choice and great value. Best start to the day.
Excellent hotel
Good location. 15 minute walk to cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. Made us feel very welcomed. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with stylish decor. Easily a 4 star standard. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Rooftop pool was clean, comfortable and stylish. My only minor improvement would be to offer a tiny jug of milk in the room fridge for tea and coffee.
