Our stay was Magic in Mallorca xx
We wanted to stay in a centrally located hotel in order to explore Palma and the wider area. Palma is a very busy city and you must remember Js Palma Plaza is a city centre hotel. In all honesty we didn’t find the noise excessive but we booked a room on a high floor after looking at recommendations on line. Our room was perfectly adequate size wise, shower was good and complimentary Rituals toiletries were a nice touch. To be honest we found the lighting in our room overly complicated. High level hooks for bath towels in the bathroom would be an improvement. Breakfast was very good, good quality coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, really good granola and ample choice from the hot menu which is cooked to order was really good value. We found that we didn’t need to eat again until the evening. The hotel gym and spa is really good which we used several times during our visit. Having stayed here for 14 nights so that we could explore the whole island we can honestly say that we would stay here again. There are some fantastic restaurants within walking distance in Santa Catalina which is quite a trendy area but the old town is walkable as is the main railway and bus station. Transport links are really good and it’s possible to explore even the more remote villages on public transport. We have fallen in love with the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Fabulous JS Palma Plaza experience
Wonderful hotel, this is our 2nd visit to the JS Palma plaza. The rooms are so clean, bedding,soft towels & lovely ritual products. Breakfast & food/drinks in the restaurant are excellent (plus reasonable price for lunch etc) All of the staff are friendly & very helpful, they are an asset to the hotel, can't wait to visit again one day.
Great hotel for a city break in Palma
This is a great hotel for a city break in Palma in many ways. Good location, lovely staff, great food (breakfast was excellent with lots of choices) and the rooms were modern and very clean. Fabulous shower too! Just a couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, the lighting was tricky to work and the lighting in the bathroom in particular was not bright enough which made it hard to apply make up. Secondly, there were no instructions on how to work the air con which was frustrating. A great hotel overall though and would definitely recommend.

Perfect Palma ,great hotel ,small pool + spa excellent food selections for breakfast and evening meals with a fast friendly service .Good location only 15,20mins walk from main tourist attractions.
Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel within 10 minutes walk of all the key tourist areas. Fantastic clean hotel and impressive facilities. Overall very enjoyable stay
