Fantastic Hotel
Loved this Hotel. It’s clean with a great choice at breakfast. Location is great taxes and bus are close outside and about a 20 min walk into centre of Palma City. Pool area is chilled with a nice bar and even better the mini fridge gets topped up daily with water & orange juice . Would recommend

CLEANERS
tell your cleaners thanks to stealing my earrings. Left them on bedside table to come back and their gone. £50 on Pandora earrings down the drain.
Meh!
We stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá Palma Bosque and, unfortunately, the experience did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering the price of the hotel.
The rooms felt quite dated, with dirty marks on the walls, and the shower did not appear to have been properly cleaned. We were moved to another room, which was a little better, but unfortunately that room had a leak caused by condensation from the air conditioning.
The television also wasn’t working properly, and there were some other small details that could easily be improved. For example, having an ironing board available in the room and providing towels without stains would make a noticeable difference.
It’s really the little things that make a hotel stay feel comfortable and well looked after. You would expect housekeeping management to do regular checks of the rooms and pick up on issues like these before guests arrive.
The staff were helpful in moving us to another room, but overall, for the price we paid, we expected a better standard of cleanliness, maintenance and attention to detail.

Nice stay
Really enjoyed our stay at Meliá Palma Bosque. The hotel was clean throughout, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the pool and bar area was a great place to relax. Overall, I’d say it’s a very good 4-star hotel. Perhaps not quite 5-star, but definitely a great option for a stay in Palma and good value for the standard.

Book a harbour view for good views
The location of the hotel is great. 15 mins walk into the old town, 10 mins from a street full of restaurants and 5 mins from the harbour. The breakfast options are substantial including cava. We had a harbour view, which is on the top floor, and the view is great which includes a great morning sun rise. The room is a good side with a separate toilet, shower and sink. Making it easier than a standard type room for a couple to get ready. Kettles are not standard but available on request. Daily free mini bar with a couple of beers, water and juice. The pool area is an interesting design with some of the area more for the rooms that had a pool side view. There is a large area above the indoor pool which gets the sun for most of the day so this was our favourite area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good choice
