Amazing
I was surprised that they even called me to check if I was ok. Very very kind. That made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. And the breakfast to take away at 5 o’clock in the morning. Thanks again
Great location
Our second stay here, staff from the reception to breakfast and the room cleaning were all friendly and helpful - Suggests Great staff selection and good standards in Place.
Gym/Spa - Equipment has been upgraded but is very limited and opening time could be earlier. Steam room, sauna and jaccuzi are great.
Breakfast was varied, well presented and regularly replenished.
Airport Bus stops outside the hotel and is great value especially if pay by card.

City Break
From check in to out the staff were very pleasant and helpful, good size rooms, very modern shower room,great location with on site bar /cafe/restaurant, close to many good quality restaurants, A1 airport bus starts and finishes right outside 5 euros each way,easy walking to all tourist attractions, highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel
We stayed 2 nights in a room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in a good location and we found the breakfast to be very good. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when in Palma.

hot summer majorca
i rated the restroom in this city the most hygiene in the world. The hotel i stay is so convenient for first time visitor and within walking distance to the city centre. the walk to the bus terminus took around 20 mins but it worth all the time with nice cafe and shops littering around the city
