Beautiful calm hotel
We booked to stay at HM Balanguera through EasyJet holidays.
From start to finish we had an absolutely beautiful time there. From the moment you walk in the hotel you’re hit with a beautiful spa like smell, nice cool air conditioning, and a beautiful welcoming lobby. A really peaceful break from the busy city. It’s about a 20 minute walk from central Palma, or a few minutes in a taxi.
The staff were so happy to help and the place was spotless. We were so happy with our room, and the bed was really great to sleep in.
The rooftop terrace was absolutely a highlight. The pool is very small, but the overall rooftop is really gorgeous. We ordered drinks at the bar downstairs and they brought them to us on the roof. The price of drinks were so reasonable too.
Overall couldn’t recommend it enough, it is so fantastic. We would 100% stay again.
Great for solo travellers
I spent two nights here by myself after spending a week in a different part of Palma with a larger group. The hotel staff was consistently pleasant and accommodating. The single room was spacious and had everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was perfectly quiet in the afternoon. Loved the artsy atmosphere. It is located in a more residential part of the city but easy to reach the center via the Balanguera bus stop steps away from the hotel, or the Es Forti bus stop a 5-minute walk away. You just need to familiarize yourself with how the bus system works, and then it's very easy to travel to and from the hotel.

Wonderful stay
Gorgeous boutique hotel, really peaceful clean and friendly staff. The rooftop pool was so tranquil. Great stay and lovely staff.

Great location to experience Palma
Great location if you are after experiencing authentic vibe off the city, off beaten truistic track, great mix of bars and restaurants that both tourists and locals enjoy. Very clean and modern deco. Watch out for noise coming from the street, lock your windows or use ear plugs. I would consider choosing it again as I will definitely comeback to Plama.

Boutique hotel in a quiet location
Immaculately clean, lovely staff, fantastic breakfast - perfect for a city break in the lovely Palma. All the staff were lovely and we would choose to stay there again in a heartbeat 💓 Loved it
