Fantastic hotel
Everything about this hotel was lovely but particularly the staff, very friendly and always engaging..and also a very good breakfast.. I would highly recommend the rooftop bar for drinks, especially after a day of exploring the city. We would definitely return to this hotel .

A Mallorca must
Hotel is beautiful and easy to navigate the surrounding city from. The room was perfectly furnished with a very comfortable bed and linens. The housekeepers come in the morning to clean and turn down service in the evening. The roof top deck has excellent food and incredible views. What stands out to us the most is the staff who always greet you with a smile and ready to help you with your needs. Olaf and Egnacio were absolute stand outs for us in terms of helping to navigate the best spots to visit and eat. We can’t say enough how wonderful this Hotel is and our stay was.
30th Anniversary trip to Mallorca
We had an amazing time in Mallorca and staying at Es Princeps made the experience even more special. The staff treats you like they have known you for years, always available if anything is needed. The location is perfect with views of the Mediterranean from our balcony and in walking distance to everything downtown Palma has to offer! We can’t wait to return!

A Phenomenal Stay at Es Princep – Highly Recommend!
Es Princep was an absolutely phenomenal hotel, and we are so happy we discovered it for our stay in Palma! From the exceptional service to the beautiful accommodations and unbeatable location, everything about our experience exceeded our expectations.
The outstanding service began well before we arrived. The concierge team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive to all our questions and requests while planning our trip. Their professionalism gave us confidence that we had made the right choice before we even stepped foot in the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were a bit early for check-in, but the staff immediately made us feel welcome. We were invited to relax at the gorgeous rooftop pool, where we were greeted with a glass of Cava. What a wonderful way to begin our stay!
As part of the American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts program, we were fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability) to a beautiful sea-view room. The accommodations were spacious, thoughtfully designed, beautifully appointed, and equipped with everything we needed.
The entire front desk team deserves special recognition. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and professional. The genuine hospitality throughout our stay made the experience even more memorable.
And finally, the location simply cannot be beat! Situated less than a five-minute walk from Palma’s charming Old Town, the hotel was the perfect home base for exploring the city. We walked to every dinner and enjoyed leisurely strolls into town for breakfast, coffee, shopping, and sightseeing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.
Es Princep truly delivered on every level: beautiful accommodations, exceptional hospitality, fantastic amenities, and an ideal location. We would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Palma!
Exceptional hotel
What a wonderful hotel. Beautifully designed, lovely rooms, comfortable beds and amazing Le Labo toiletries. Breakfast is spectacular, the rooftop bar is stunning. The staff here are extraordinary. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and they remember you. It is done authentically and did not feel fake. A really special place to stay. We will be back.
