Guests couldn't get any closer to the sea than at the Costa Azul Hotel. Situated on the promenade in the heart of Palma looking out over the port, this 4* hotel is a brilliant choice for guests who want to relax but able to explore the surrounding area without having to walk or travel far. In fact this hotel just yards away from Sta. Catalina neighborhood and the shopping centre.
All of the 126 rooms of the Costa Azul Hotel are light and airy and come with some brilliant modern amenities and fresh décor, but without losing the Mediterranean undertone. They are ideal either if you are organizing a business trip to Palma or looking for a hotel with everything close by and the last generation services. The rooms feel unique with wall art and smart furniture throughout alongside facilities such as air conditioning, heating, LCD TV and free internet access (Wired or WIFI), HUB multimedia or a private furnished balcony (balcony only available in the Sea View Rooms and Premium rooms). All of the food served in the main restaurant in the Costa Azul Hotel is served in a buffet fashion and caters for HB guests as well as guests who would like to pay for the meal. It offers a wide variety of cuisines but mainly provides Mediterranean dishes. The pool and an open-air terrace are up on the third floor and have picture perfect views of the surrounding area whilst there is plenty of sun bathing area around the pool. There is also a small sauna, a hot tub and a wellness centre where massages and beauty treatments are provided by appointment.

Excellent stay
We stayed for 3 nights in June catching a taxi from airport to hotel which took 15 mins. Hotel in a lovely location overlooking the marina. We had a sea view room which I'd recommend with a balcony. We were on second floor good view and not noisy at night. Room clean had everything we needed including fridge and tea and coffee facilities. We had breakfast included which we enjoyed with good selection. There is a pool and terrace on third floor which was great and had fantastic view. We caught bus from outside hotel into centre of palma, good bus service near hotel to get around island. Good restaurants near the hotel too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff
Perfect location, wonderful view, all super clean, perfect breakfast buffet but most importantly the staff is SO welcoming and professional. Special thanks to Daylin and Joyce for making our stay so special and taking good care of us !
Fantastic in every way - can’t fault for 4 night girls holiday…..
Loved it all - great location from the airport - 25e in a taxi. On the front at palma - stunning views across the harbour. Fab room (to sleep 3 on the 2nd floor). Pool and sun beds and gym on floor 3 - always quiet and could get a bed in late June. Breakfast until 1030am - again great - very clean and lots of choice. Staff very helpful. Basic toiletries in the bathroom - all fine. 12 mins walk to the cathedral along the front or about 6/7 mins walk (a couple of streets back but in same direction as cathedral) for a full paved street of lots of bars and restaurants (all reasonable prices and lovely)- only rip off were little supermarket type shops on the front for snacks and drinks (always go one street back from the front and no issues!) Can’t drink water on the hotel so had to buy lots of bottles - no issue as there is a fridge in the room and staff very kind giving us ice for our G&Ts in the room! Will definitely use this hotel again for a girls break!

Excellent hotel
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I definitely recommend a sea view room - the views are beautiful! The day reception staff were lovely. I had a very easy check in and they were very helpful with directions. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk into the main town so it’s in a good location! I will definitely return!
