Dirty sheets, beard hair in sink, other people's belongings in room, balcony open as we walk in? Security risk and cleaniliness issues? WTF was going on with this place we'll never know. We paid for a premium room, yet this is what we were met with. We asked for an alternative, they tried to downgrade us and put us in a room that I wouldn't let my worst enemy sleep in. It was atrocious. We had to (at 3am when we arrived mind you) call every hotel in palma to see if they had a room for us. The only alternative was one that cost £1.4k for 3 nights. They're also now refusing to refund me. I can't advise you enough to stay away.
Very poor customer service. I won’t stay there again
1st night no electricity so couldn't unpack or shower let alone charge my phone to speak to my son.
A perfect stay from start to finish. We had a lovely Seaview room overlooking the harbour with direct view over to the Cathedral. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable, there was some noise from water pipes. The staff in this hotel are outstanding, warm helpful and friendly, always smiling the life guard was particularly good at his job and went above and beyond to be vigilant and helpful. We paid for breakfast which was excellent and had lunch on the terrace, also excellent. Look forward to returning
I think 4 stars are very generous! I think the thing saving this hotel is its stunning rooftop bar! That being said, the service is incredibly slow and some of the staff are quite rude and speak minimal English. Our chicken on the first night was raw yet still not taken off the bill.
The rooms are dated - they represent a 3 star hotel not 4!
The location is a good hours walk from Palma city centre but there is a good direct bus link outside the hotel. There isn’t much going on in and around the hotel so be prepared to walk or get transport to places!
I wouldn’t return to this hotel - the rooms are in desperate need of modernising to match the roof top decor and the location wasn’t ideal for me!
