Ok stay
Just back from a family holiday - the beach area is nice, as is the main pool which is refreshing and deep. We had a couple of issues whilst there but they were resolved. It can be frustrating to get from the beach to the main reception as the lifts are small and very busy as staff use them too. The outdoor furniture is cheap white plastic sets on the balconies & poor rattan chairs around the bar - very disappointing. They should definitely be upgraded for a hotel of this level, very uncomfortable to sit on it the heat.
Quirky but fantastic Hotel
Wonderful hotel, quirky and unlike your standard hotel accommodation, but lovely medieval theme running through. Rooms were lovely and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and relaxed, three main pools so plenty of space. (Still not sure why they don't ask people to take there towels when they leave like most hotels) freeing up beds for others. Plenty of good restaurants nearby with a great sandy beach within 5 minutes walk. Staff were great and a real family feel to a large hotel. Was a perfect location, 20 Euro taxi to central Palma, 10 Euro to Puerta Portals. Great holiday
Genuine Relaxation
Our go to place for quality and service. Exceptional staff, excellent food and comfortable surroundings spotlessly maintained and comfortable bedrooms. Great location for visiting Palma with the number 34 bus virtually outside the hotel at 2 euros one way per person. This was our sixth visit to the BonSol and each year it just gets better and better.

A unique experience.
2nd time at bon sol,cannot speak highly enough about this hotel & its owners&staff,just a lovely experience in a very nice resort.Food EXCELLENT,Service EXCELLENT!Free huge beach towels,Free room safe.Rooms kept very clean by a dedicated team.We were in room 223 overlooking the winter garden pool with lovely sea views,bottle of cava&swiss chocolates in fridge on arrival,and complimentry drink at the bar.Speaking of the bar a special mention to Christian&his team who make us guests feel welcome.special thanks also to Abdel,Herbie,Hugo,Antonio, Jose,Ismail,Paula,Ferdinand,& Cisco(on reception)& their team.And all breakfast staff! Thanks also to Martin (the owner)&his family who made our stay a real pleasure.

An Excellent Stay in a Beautiful Hotel
An excellent hotel as witnessed by the number of pet who make repeat visits. The hotel has extensive grounds, pools and a small semi private beach. The food is excellent and is waiter serving the main restaurants for dinner. The rooms are well appointed and cleaning is good. The staff are the key to the hotel’s hospitality. They are friendly and helpful and a testament to the Family owner’s hands on approach. I just have two areas where improvements could be made. Firstly the WiFi was intermittent in our room and when all information is provided via the internet this can cause frustration. Secondly all drinks etc are charged to the room but merely by giving your room number. No signature is required and there is no way of checking that the correct amounts are being charged to the correct room. I am sure this leads to a number of queries at checkout which would be avoided if a more secure system was in place. That apart Bon Sol is highly recommended and we will be returning next year.
