Only 600 m away from the beach, the hotel is located in one of the most popular tourist areas of the island. Palma city centre is 15 minutes while the airport can be reached in 30 minutes. Several golf courses are within a few kilometres. This complex offers 240 rooms, equipped with air conditioning, TV, coffee facilities, minibar, kitchen ware, a balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and toiletries. The hotel has ten pools for all ages to cool off and soak up under the sun. Guests who prefer something more laid back can enjoy at the spa centre with exclusive facilities, and specialist team to recharge the energy. Underwhelming. A 4 star hotel with a 5 star price tag.
Just returned from a week here. Location... brilliant, only a short walk to beaches and bars and 20 mins from palma airport. Room... we had a club suite. Amazing room, clean and fully stocked bar. Service... Awful. Staff were rude and service was very slow. Food... Again not great. We booked into 3 Al a carte restaurants, food not great and service, in particular the steak house was terrible. Entertainment at night. Well none unless you have children. We were all inclusive, but went out every night into palmanova, where there was great Entertainment.
This hotel states 5 star. Absolutely not. It is a 4 star hotel at a 5 star price tag.
A Great Family-Friendly Stay with Plenty to Enjoy
We recently stayed at Zafiro Palace Palmanova for seven nights on a bed and breakfast basis, staying in a Junior Suite Penthouse with a hot tub.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely pool view. We particularly liked the his and hers wash basins, and overall the suite felt well suited to a family holiday.
The food was good, with the usual breakfast fare offering plenty of choice. The pool bar served a good selection of snacks, including pizzas and quesadillas, while the pool restaurant had a great menu and was a nice place to escape the sun for a while. It also offered a lovely little view overlooking the main pool.
Overall, the hotel has plenty to offer for both adults and children, although I would say it is particularly geared towards families with younger children. Our little one especially enjoyed the mini disco each evening and meeting the resident pirate koala, Yzzy.
If I were to find any faults, the main one would be the flooring surrounding the pool areas. It felt like unsealed concrete and seemed to constantly leave your feet and footwear dirty. We also found the sunbeds weren’t the most comfortable. For a five-star hotel, I would have expected a higher standard, perhaps with padded sunbeds for added comfort.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel. There are plenty of great facilities and activities, particularly for families, and it is a good choice for those looking for a family-friendly holiday in Palmanova.
Excellent service and experience at this amazing hotel
My kids and I loved our stay here. They have activities for kids during the day, an area designed for kids with a inflatable dome in a pool, playground, splash park for little kids. You can see the main pools from your suite so my kids enjoyed a bit of independence. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is three blocks away from the beach and the walk there is on sidewalk and other hotels/apartments, not isolated at all, which was my initial concern. There are supermarkets across the street from the back door (which is the door you use to go to the beach). There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and excellent service in all. We tried Max Garden, Iroko, and Il Chiringo, all outstanding. Palma de Mallorca is a 20 minute taxi ride, so very convenient. The hotel was perfect for us. Breakfast is included and was really good with a lot of options for an international clientele. There is night entertainment which we really enjoyed. The room was spacious and ours had a second floor with a jacuzzi tub. I plan on coming back in future visits and highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, solo holiday felt really comfortable, great food and drink options.
Was severed by a lovely lady called Hanna by the bar who made me cocktails daily and was very friendly.

This is MY Honest reweiw hotel i defently 2 star food is always cold notuch change we got few this but also ate out pool is a way 2 small all cranped togetergo to beach 5 mins down st maid clean everyday bedromm was covered in ants told recen ion donto if was done same very concerning DINT GET SAFE 40 E AND 10 DEPOSIT Ive been all over spain never paid at beds wer lovelycentertaunt hit and miss
