Only 600 m away from the beach, the hotel is located in one of the most popular tourist areas of the island. Palma city centre is 15 minutes while the airport can be reached in 30 minutes. Several golf courses are within a few kilometres. This complex offers 240 rooms, equipped with air conditioning, TV, coffee facilities, minibar, kitchen ware, a balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and toiletries. The hotel has ten pools for all ages to cool off and soak up under the sun. Guests who prefer something more laid back can enjoy at the spa centre with exclusive facilities, and specialist team to recharge the energy. Four themed restaurants including Italian, Mediterranean, International and Grill, await guests to try extensive menus plus a cocktail, healthy desserts and much more.

Great holiday for our Mallorca wedding!
We visited the Zafiro Palace Palmanova with our family and friends as part of a large group booking (around 20+) for our wedding in Esporles. The rooms were bright, with great amenities and very clean. The beds were firm, but the pull out sofa bed was good for the kids.
The balcony was bright and had a great view of the pool (as do all the rooms which face inward to the hotel) - this is better than it's sister hotel in Palmanova which we've stayed in.
The check in and out process was perfect and quick.
The breakfast buffet was good, although the coffee machines weren't great and they charge you per nespresso pod in the room.
The food and drink can be expensive in the hotel, so may be worth going all inclusive if you intend on eating and drinking in the hotel.
The staff were all super helpful and friendly, and everything is pretty much a short walk into palmanova beach, bars and restaurants.
Will definitely go back!

Family holiday- wedding party
We arrived here for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for 10 days and we did have a great stay and the hotel was stunning but we did have some issues that need to be addressed.
- arrived at reception and we found out that certain people in the party had their room upgraded and unfortunately the bride and groom to be wasn’t one of those rooms which we were disappointed in as we felt out of everyone they should have been upgraded first out of everyone.
- the groom did express his feelings and disappointment to the reception staff and manager and he didn’t get far. The hotel decided to send a bottle of wine or champagne to the bride and groom room which was a lovely surprise and thought but it was the principle of the situation that we were annoyed at.
- the staff in the hotel argued that they were unaware this big group booking wasn’t for a wedding however the bride and groom had evidence of emails back and forth with the hotel discussing further details.
- some staff were pleasant enough but we did feel as a whole they didn’t help as much as they could have.
- the location was perfect for walking to the beach, local shops and restaurants and bars which there was a range of different types.
- the kids area was great, it had a pool, splash park and entertainment most evenings.
- however, we did feel the prices for the restaurants at the hotel was quite expensive if you’d didn’t do all inclusive!
- sadly when we checked out in reception, one of the guests was presented with a bill of around €700 for an all inclusive bill/package that they did not book or use at all. So there has been a misunderstanding and miscommunication between hotel staff and guests which I believe still hasn’t been sorted as the hotel told us we had to wait for a certain manager to approve this change. But this is something you don’t want to happen again when you are checking out of the hotel.
Overall we did have a good trip at this hotel however we were just very disappointed with the staff and involvement around the wedding party.

Gorgeous hotel
This was my second stay at this gorgeous hotel .this time stayed was for our wedding anniversary . We were on all inclusive plus . Was upgraded at check in but they didn’t mention it . Only realised once in our suite that the room card said club . So went to reception to ask if we had .( didn’t include the massage or cost of late check out . .but everything else club get it seamed to be include ) so was very grateful. We were in block one . Gorgeous big room ,lovely sunny balcony with views over hotel grounds and pool . Included a welcome Bottle of red wine .and a heart shaped cake and bottle of fizz for our anniversary. Club rooms included large bottle of gin and 4 Tonics .4 brown pool towels and a beach basket . Daily snacks delivered to room about 5-30 . Pool side waiter service for food and drinks . Access to block 1 swimming pool . Free mini bar . The restaurants are the best thing about this hotel , the service and food is brilliant it’s like going for a upmarket meal each evening , perfect . Lunch time we dined in the pool side veranda restaurant. So nice . Staff again so nice and friendly . Unfortunately on the 2nd day of the holiday I slipped and fell in resort and fractured my ankle .so after an hospital visit was put in pot cast and had to use a wheelchair. this is were it got harder to use certain things at the hotel .obviously I couldn’t use pools due to not getting cast wet . But couldn’t get around a lot of places due to steps everywhere. There are ramps but they lead to steps especially in block one so couldn’t sit by our pool but luckily hotel manager arrange for waiter service to block 2 pool which was very kind . There’s lots of ridges on the paths that the hotel need to sort as you can easily get flung from your wheelchair when hitting one . All staff were excellent . Apart from some of reception staff who were unfriendly and un helpful. Hopefully we will be visiting again next year with family . Highly recommended

A nice hotel, not for couples though
We were all inclusive in a club room and got upgraded to a penthouse suite on arrival which was lovely. Pros: The staff are all fantastic. We had a great check in experience and all of them appear very happy at their work. A special shoutout to Tatty serving the club pool guests, her bubbly energy was infectious. The hotel is spotless. Cannot fault the cleanliness The rooms are a great size with a very comfortable bed (although, why only 1 bedside table???) The location is great, 10 minute walk to the beach using the side gate. Cons: The food was hit and miss. Breakfast was absolutely chaotic and a lot of the time the food was cold regardless of the time went. Staff were running about trying their best, but we had our table cleared twice while up at the buffet and our coffee taken away, which was very frustrating after having queued for it (there was always at least one of the four machines out of order) and when mentioned to staff, it appeared they ‘didn’t understand’ - we were at the Andratx hotel earlier this year and were served our drinks to the table…? The à la carte restaurants were okay. Didn’t enjoy the sushi one, but the Italian one was fine. Maybe I’m just too picky? Our room backed onto a busy road which could be heard very early in the morning, and plus a cockerel who started at around 5am, gave us some early wake up calls. If you don’t have kids and enjoy peace around you then please don’t come here. The amount of families with babies and small children outnumbered couples by at least 6 to 1. We don’t mind kids, they are better behaved than some adults, but by the end of the week, our nerves were shredded listening to the crying. Would we come again? No. But only because it wasn’t peaceful at all. Would recommend for families though. We felt the Andratx palace offered a higher standard to guests, but maybe if we’d come here first, our slight disappointment due to comparison may not have happened
Lovley stay
I would give this 4.5 * but didnt have the option with tripadvisor, amazing rooms, always plenty of space at the pools, food was brilliant in buffet and al a cart, staff all nice and friendly, our swim up room was nice and warm in the pool, lovley location with plenty to do outsidr the hotel, only reason for 4 and not 5 is the entertainment lacked at night some days, the bubble show was brilliant our 3 year old loved it but other nights the entertainment was abit boring like just a sax on or live music and no show, then when shows were on alot were just a singer they could do with better entertainment like more shows and not just a singer or a sax player, we did get a little bored in the evening, kahoot was good but wifi was poor to slow to keep up with kahoot so had to use our own internet from the phone carrier (5g) the kahoot was always on catagories and not mixed questions what we preferred at the palace alcudia that it was mixed questions. Stayed at other hotels where they do more for the kids around the pool what i didnt notice here, our son loves running on the big blue mats into the pool they didnt have non of this here. However would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovley holiday.
