Palma nova first time
Great hotel in a fab location directly opposite the beach. You can spend the day at the beach and pop back for lunch. Very clean and modern, having been refurbished in the last few years. Rooms are adequate for what you need. Beds are extremely comfortable. Could do with some drawer space in the room. Fridge was handy under the vanity desk. Coffee maker and kettle, although plastic teacups not good, but we always take our own mugs and teabags. Lovely view from the balcony of the pool and beach. The pool is open at 10am, after a thorough clean by the pool guy. Staff are lovely. The head chef makes a mean omelette 😋. Lukas one of the chefs is very friendly and likes to get to know you. He made our stay, so funny and very helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need. All in all, the holiday was great and we will be returning. Thanks everyone for a fab time

Nice hotel but needs items looked into.
We were given the worse room in the hotel 112. It was above the kitchen and every morning from 5.15 onwards we were woken by the trolleys being pushed along the outside of the building. The WiFi was poor to non existent anywhere in the hotel. The bar that we could use in the evenings served drinks in plastic glasses, I can understand it by the pool but not on a different floor in the evenings. As for the food it was not that hot and not very appetising.

Not 4 star hotel
Lovely clean hotel well block 1xwas .was offered block 3 what a joke 3 flights of stairs no lift . Food was rependative and always cold. Paid for all inclusive 4star hotel this is diffently not . Drinks served in plastic glasses on a evening shocking for a 4star hotel . No one to meet and greet you when going for meals . No drinks offered on arrival . Roof top pool closed all week No entertainment on afternoons around the pool and the evening entertainment shocking differently won't be back to this do call 4star hotel palma nova it self beautiful
Hotel Palya Tropico !!!
I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable, with a cozy bed ensuring a good night's sleep. The food is delicious, and the drinks are excellent, with a great variety to choose from. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The biggest advantage is the hotel's proximity to the sea. Just steps from the hotel, you'll find a beautiful beach, plenty of restaurants and bars, and great evening entertainment nearby. A special greeting to the „tall”, handsome, grey-haired manager who always had a smile on his face and made guests feel truly welcome 😁
