Second time at the Tent Palmanova and it won’t be our last The hotel is spotless The unlimited brunch is a fantastic idea Pool is lovely, good size and the whole garden area is beautiful very well maintained Location is great 2 minutes away from the beach shops restaurants and playground Feel very safe at the hotel and in this area, no issues if you have mobility issues as all level in this area It is now our go to holiday destination ☀️😊☀️😊 A special thank you to Leo from jet2 for his help and assistance 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Amazing hotel and staff in perfect location
Very friendly and staff are amazing ! Lovey and clean with rims cleaned daily . No rubbish anywhere . Not a lot of storage for your clothes etc as mentioned by others but you manage . Great location within 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants . 3 min walk to the beach . Very quiet at night and get a good nights sleep . All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to return
A great hotel, better than some 4*
A great find! We used the app to pre check in which made check in using the desks late at night super quick, I would advise doing this to save time. It meant we were in our room within 5 minutes of arriving. The rooms are small but clean. They have some hanging space but no draws as mentioned but we found ample space to hang out things for 4 days. Rooms were quiet, we slept great. The only downside to the room was that there is no fridge.
Pool area is great, no towel wars. We went down after 10;30 every day and there were plenty of sun beds left.
The unlimited brunch is great for people who like a lie in or don’t want to eat too early. Lots of choice and all delicious.
The location of the hotel is great, easy to walk to lots of nice bars and restaurants.
I would 100% stay here again.

Really poor all round
More of a hostel than a hotel. Room was really basic. Nowhere to put your clothes, no wardrobe (unless you include a wall mounted clothes rail) . No kettle, no usb sockets. Be aware that if like me you have medication which needs to be refrigerated, there is no fridge, and the front desk refused to help out except to recommend I hire a fridge for the 2 days we were there! Also the night before checking out we asked if we could keep the room the following day for a fee, as we were not flying out until 11pm, and we were told we could and to pay the following morning. When we went to reception in plenty of time the following morning, we were told the room was now rented out and we therefore had 20 minutes to have breakfast and pack. Poor service, lack of communication between members of staff, and couldn't care less attitude. Avoid.

Decent hotel
Friendly staff, good atmosphere, quiet and very clean. Great location. Advice would be to avoid the local supermarkets nearby and head to a supermarket for much better value. Rooms aren’t the best for noise and can hear everything in the corridors and the room key situation isn’t ideal. But clean room and great location
