We travelled as a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 7yo girl) and genuinely cannot fault anything about the hotel. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic. From the start of the day right though to the evening there was always something on and something to do. My little one had never done a kids club abroad before but absolutely loved it, from doing a circus day, to water activities to the family carpet, she had so much fun. There was also so many activities for adults too from cornhole to darts to circuit training, it was honestly amazing on this front.

The hotel was also spotless. Rooms were cleaned every day and the whole hotel lobby was cleaned top to bottom every morning too.

The rooms for us were an ideal size, though I think had our daughter been a bit older, it would have maybe felt a bit more crammed. We stayed in a standard room (403 - Sol 2) which had a double bed and a pull out bed. All the beds were comfy. There was a minor inconvenience on that you had to climb over the corner of the pull out bed to get to the balcony but that wasn't much of an issue for us. We had a great spot to watch the evening entertainment too, should we have wished to have watched it on our balcony.

The food was repetitive but nice and we never struggled to find anything to eat for anyone. The highlight is 100% breakfast though as they serve fresh waffles and pancakes and they are genuinely delicious. Lunch & Tea were nice and the freshly cooked fish was always something we'd try and enjoy.

The location of the hotel is also a huge bonus. 2 minutes from the beach, shops, pubs and bars and for those that want to go to magaluf, it's a 5-10 minute walk away to the strip.

We did genuinely love it and would recommend to families with you get children.

We had a wonderful stay at Sol Meliá Palmanova, and I visited the hotel with my daughter. Overall, everything was great and we were very happy with our experience.

My daughter was especially delighted with the animation team. They were friendly, entertaining and really made her holiday even more enjoyable. The food was good. Although some dishes were repeated quite often, we had no particular complaints and always found something we enjoyed.

The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I would especially like to mention Vanesa and Consue, who were, in our opinion, the kindest and warmest members of staff around the pool. They are genuinely warm, caring and wonderful people first and foremost, and then truly excellent professionals. Their kindness and positive energy really stood out to us and made our stay even more special.

Thank you to the whole team for a lovely holiday. We would definitely be happy to come back!
