As a family of 8 including two children we have enjoyed a great 10 nights at sol palmenova. Negatives first which are minor! Room wasn't replenished with milk, sugar and shower gel etc so had to ask. Was promptly done. Expensive shorts all marked from sitting at poolside! Hotel did wash them for us however marks reappeared! The sunbed situation really lets this hotel down. One morning I went down at 6am and was too late for good spots with children to be able to watch them at poolside. An allocation system would be much better and fairer. One morning we just got settled on loungers and a worker started drilling holes around the pool which was very noisy and frustrating as it went on for nearly 2 hours. I understand jobs need doing but a better time may of been more appropriate! Positives. Hotel is located in a great area for everything within short walking distance. Go out of back gate for the beach etc. Food was really nice and couldn't complain about anything. Drinks were fine and could even get cider between 4-8pm without upgrading. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied. Entertainment throughout the day was brilliant and the staff really engage with all ages. I really enjoyed the ice bath and the exercise bikes in the pool. The team deserve recognition as it was appreciated and great fun. The hotel was kept clean and tidy at all times. Would we come back or recommend. DEFINITELY we've thoroughly enjoyed so thankyou.
Brilliant stay
We had a fantastic stay at Sol Palmanova and would happily return. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere was great, and it was the perfect place for a family holiday.
A special mention has to go to all the staff. The reception team were always welcoming, helpful and happy to answer any questions. The bar staff worked incredibly hard and were always friendly with a smile, even when it was busy. The pool team did an amazing job keeping everyone entertained and creating a fun atmosphere throughout the day.
A huge thank you to Toni from Cádiz, who was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly, approachable and genuinely made our holiday even more enjoyable. His enthusiasm and kindness really stood out, and he is a real credit to the hotel.
Thank you to everyone at Sol Palmanova for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful time with my mom at Sol Palmanova ll ! Mr Eduardo in the buffet was extremely friendly & helpful. We looked forward to seeing him for our meals. I would definitely recommend & come again. Thank you.
Family Holiday
Second visit and we all had a great time. Rooms were small but enough for us and cleaned daily. There was fresh fish and meat with paella, pizza and pasta at all meals and snack bar ideal. The entertainment is aimed at younger children though so perhaps looking at games more suited to age ten and over as grandson was bored. Water polo, ping pong games that could include them maybe. No issues with staff and overall a great holiday and will be back soon.

to start off with the location of this hotel is great it’s near a bunch of shops, food places and the beach! overall the hotel isn’t great our hotel room was tiny no room to move and we had a baby with us, the food is terrible and they don’t do drinks for children at the bar only pure orange juice with bits. also i would like to add at reception theirs a board stating sunbed reservations are not permitted even though every day we have been here we have not been able to get a sunbed due to people reserving them from around 6am if not earlier. not enough umbrellas for sunbeds outside so it’s to warm to sit in the sun without any shade.
the entertainment each night was amazing the children’s entertainment started at 8:30pm till just after 9pm great for older children and the actual entertainment from 9:30pm.
the hotel is relatively clean rooms are cleaned each day fresh towels and bedding.
overall i would come to this part of mallorca again just a different hotel
