Conveniently located in Palma Nova, this stunning hotel is just about 200 metres from the beach. Palma Nova is about 10 minutes from Palma and can be reached from the airport within about 20 minutes. Constructed in a Mediterranean style, this air-conditioned aparthotel offers guests a wealth of facilities. The hotel features an Internet terminal with free WI-FI throughout the complex including rooms, and a playground and kids' club are on offer to the hotel's younger clientele. All apartments offer capacity for up to 4 people. Stay away! Really bad place
"You get what you pay for"....which is really true here. Even though we paid quite a lot, but bad for us that we did not do our research properly, but also lucky that we only spent a day and a half here, because you really felt you wanted away from it ASAP. Really tacky crowd of mostly british tourist that were drinking like crazy, even when travelling with kids.
Room was on the groud floor, #21, so at leas a room on the edge of the building, so not two neighbourghs, because the walls are really think and you hear everything. This room was also right by the little play yard and the play area with ping pong table and other games, with screaming children until late in the evening. So not nice to sit at in the evenings, or not at all for the matter of fact. The room was dirty when we arrived. So dirty that I went straight to the reception, whom sent the cleaning manager, whom had to come with a cleaing staff, but ended up having to show her how to clean, and it was a lot of dirt on the floor after the manager had mopped it. Asked for some pool towels in the reception as compensation, which they were first reluctant to give, but the cleaning manager came at the point, and she yelled at them to give me 4 (they cost €2 per day) and gave us some other stuff as well. The room is worn down and have traces of not being take care of so well. A lot of spots in the ceiling in the bathroom and dust in the AC out lets. One out of two knives in the kitchen was broken and the safe did not work. You felt dirty to be in the room and just wanted to be out of it.
The pool restaurant (which I believe took the food from the main kitchen) was just really bad with the food, ie. the nacho plate was just some nachos with some melted cheese on top in the middle. No finess or nothing else, and 1/3 or the nachos were burnt and could not be eaten. The dumplings were the froozen ones that had just been microwaved.
The pool area is just packed with screaming children and half drunk, tatooed and with Foppa slippers men, and women for that matter as well. We did not want to spend 1 minute there. When we left in the morning, at 07:45, there were already as good as all sun beds blocked with towels. Unbelivable. So tacky people at this hotel.
Never again, and belive me; I have travelled the world and stayed at the best places in the world down to the some of the worst. I know what I am talking about. Stay away!

Amazing as always
Amazing as always! Welcomed and recognised as repeat guests which was a lovely touch. The staff make the difference at Cas Saboners, and the rooms are great too. First time trying a family apartment and I’m impressed, but then I always am although nothing will beat Suite Heaven last year.

Great location and brilliant staff
This was my second time staying at Ca’s Saboners. This time with my children and elderly Mother. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need. It’s a good location, handy for walks to the beach, restaurants, Palma Nova bay or Magaluf. The entertainment program is good, there is something for everyone.

Excellent hotel and lovely staff
The communication with Chema and the reception team started well before our arrival. They were helping with some dilemmas that we had regarding the accommodation. Upon arrival around 2 pm, the room was already prepared. The family apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults with plenty of space for the luggage and the staff. The hotel is very well maintained. Could be even better for small children (although I would recommend ground floor in this case). Housekeeping was perfect. The breakfast or brunch were good, but 18 EUR (even more if you pay day by day) per person per day for brunch is a bit too much in my opinion. There is also some entertainment at night, but we didn't attend it often. Beach (Platja de Son Maties) is literally 5 min walk down some stairs and across the road. 22.5 EUR for two sunbeds and a parasol.

Very good experience, good access to beach. Nice evening events. Car rent end of street.
