Much better in person than on the pictures which is a first. Facilities were great, service was amazing and the food was even better. Would definitely come back with my friends
Don't waste your money! :)
Would never return here and would not waste my money. The reviews the past week have surprised me, but once you scroll down, all of the other reviews are true. All of the reviews about the awful food are completely true, everything was cold. Whoever replies to this complaint will most likely say they provide microwaves for "those who like their food hotter" which is ridiculous as of course everyone would like their food hot. Ate out a lot or just didn't eat at all as we couldn't stomach the food. Paid €50 euros for a safe (you get €10 back) which didn't work for the first night and had to wait for someone to come and fix. Then we had to wait in room for someone to fix tv. Massive gap under the door which we think let in all the mosquitos and bugs we had to kill (these dead bugs were still there at the end of the week as the cleaners didn't clean the floors or anything other than making the beds and changing towels and bins) so we had to keep a towel at the bottom of the door at night. Final straw was ants all over the room, up the walls, on towels, in shower and reception refused to move us to a different room. Waited an hour for a "technician" to arrive which eventually was a cleaner with mosquito spray who then blamed the ants on us as we had "food" in our room (she had looked into my handbag and seen an empty sweet wrapper inside even though the bag was located on the side of the room there was no ants) and just left us to spray the room. So then we couldn't stay in the room as it was hard to breathe. What made it worse was I believe her name was Tony on reception, I could have misread, was so rude it was unbelievable. She even went onto say that they won't offer us another room as "they might all have ants in there too" and "you want a new room just because of ants?!". Honestly- just believe all the bad reviews you see as they're not lying. Dirt everywhere, awful food, thin walls and 100% not a 4 star hotel. Oh and almost forgot, the 2 massive bogeys that were smeared in the tiny lifts :) The deflection in the response from whoever replies to these trip advisor reviews is hilarious, some ownership and improvement would be honestly be more respected. Other reception staff friendly though. Overall stay here if you're okay with a 2/3 star experience you want to pay nearly £1700 for. I've stayed in 3 other hotels in Palmanova for same money which were dramatically better.

Lovely clean hotel
Hotel very clean on arrival. Staff very friendly and work hard. Lovely selection of food. Loved the Mexican food theme. Quiet location. Spacious bedrooms with air-conditioning and powerful showers. Pool was small but lovely to chill in. Room cleaned daily. Will be coming back. Couldn't ask for more for my first holiday abroad. Booked hotel through TUI.

A good experience for the most part
Good hotel for the most part, clean room, friendly staff.
Only issue with the room was the walls being paper thin and we were in a room with a shared door designed for family’s, this let even more noise through but it wasn’t the worst in the world and for the most part you didn’t hear anyone either side, just when they were being more loud than what is required for 2 people in the same room talking to each other!
Breakfast had a great choice, we were half board but didn’t eat in for dinner so can’t comment on that.
Lots of space around the pool for loungers throughout the day. Everyone reserves a bed early, however it’s not an issue. The activities rep comes early with a speaker and gets people involved in games like water volleyball and ping pong. Be warned, one of the lifeguards is chill and isn’t bothered about people smoking / vaping by the pool, the other older one is very strict and isn’t afraid to accost people about it! I suppose rules are the rules!
One thing of note, the 2 lifts are tiny and one was out of order the full time we were staying, which was a bit of an annoyance.
I would come back to the hotel and overall had a good experience and met some great people including the staff.
