From the start rhe staff at the front desk was amazing and all the dining staff and bar staff are amazing to great location 4 min walk from beach and the food was different everyday for dinner the all inclusive u can’t complain about as ordered drinks was very topped up at the bar with the bar staff being amazing rooms are clean only disappointment was paying for the safe but everything else u can’t complain don’t listen to the negative reviews unless u have you gets in the hotel at the time the only people that was rude was the older generation towards the start cause where covered in tattoos how ever no effect on the hotel there all lovely
Lovely break away in palma nova :)
Lovely spacious rooms, the hotel is spotless. Nice food lots of choice. Our favourite staff were Abel, Mustapha & Antonio, they looked after us the whole holiday. They were always polite, always greeted us warmly and were always very helpful and hardworking. Pool is nice, always plenty of loungers. Very good location lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Beach is also a 5 min walk. Would definitely return :)

Great Hotel
After reading some of the bad reviews i was a bit worried about coming here do not let the negative reviews put you off. Hotel is spotless ,rooms are large,lovely bathroom, clean towels every day and room cleaned every day.we were half board plus what included drinks with the evening meal. breakfast was very nice plenty to choose from as was the evening meal . The hotel is only about 5 min to the beach and plenty bars in the area. all hotel staff were very nice. We will definitely return to this hotel,

Great hotel
Stayed at this hotel with my daughter, 5 mins from beach, shops and bars, nice walk along the promenade with lots of bars and restaurants. Check in was efficient but couldn't get our room till 2pm as we later realised it's probably because you don't have to vacate it till 12pm, it was no big deal, just went round the pool. Everything was clean and tidy in the room, the airer on the balcony was broken so we just told them at reception and while we were out, someone had been and replaced it with a new one. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Dana in particular was brilliant, she came round the pool to see if you wanted to join in any of the afternoon activities but wasn't pushy about it, she was lovely, we joined in the bingo at night and even won! The entertainment was ok, could probably be a bit better but it was coming to the end of season I suppose. Overall we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to re visit this hotel again.
Not a 4* hotel
Just returned from a short break stay. We feel this wasn’t a 4* hotel. The hotel was clean and bright but lacked the extras you normally get at a 4* hotel. No complimentary toiletries, or water in room. Beds very comfortable, shower pressure good but screen too short and flooded onto floor. We were all inclusive, but could not have premium drinks in bar. No waiter table service in bar or restaurant. People clearing away their own plates in restaurant because at times not enough waiters. Food always lukewarm and if you don’t like pork be warned it is served at every meal! Best meal was the Chinese themed night. Plenty of sun beds but not enough umbrellas. Life guard did a great job reminding people of no smoking/vaping everyday. Entertainment very limited with 2 quiz nights, 1 karaoke with the rest live music. The entertainment lady worked very hard all week though with bingo every night and various activities during the day but nothing available when she was off with no one to fill in. Expensive safe hire at 11.50€ a day! There was an adjoining door to the next bedroom which was locked. We could hear every word being said from people next door. This was very noisy at times.
