Recepion tell u nothing about hotel have to find everthing urself ants everywer went to reception said they would fix it they wer still er same day EXPENSIVE SAFE !!!!!
Holiday review
Bara was very welcoming on reception and really helped to get our first stay off to a great start. My partner accidentally left his bag on the coach, and we thought it was going to be a terrible start to our holiday, but Bara reassured us and thankfully everything worked out in the end. We couldn’t fault Dolores and the bar staff either. They were always smiling, friendly and attentive when serving drinks.
There are lots of great local bars within walking distance, which we really enjoyed. The food and drinks at the hotel are fairly basic for an all-inclusive, and there was a good mixture of ages staying there. We mainly went out for food and drinks, but there is entertainment available at the hotel if you want to stay in.
The pool area is generally quiet, although they do offer a few pool activities. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we didn’t hear any noise at night, which was a big plus.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, although next time we would probably choose self-catering.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel and nice experience - only downfall I would say was the food was a bit very similar every night , also when we stayed there was a few Spanish hen/stag parties that were blocking the steps by the pool sat there all day so struggled to get in and out of the pool.
Most of the members of staff where lovely , however a few of them were rude and very blunt however not sure if that was a language barrier but overall a good holiday and good location!

Personal was very nice, they help with everything. Check in and check out was really simple. Hotel was clean and servis good.
Pleasant & enjoyable stay
The location was great and it was good value for money. Dolores the bar maid was terrific, great energy and very friendly. She made our stay very enjoyable. The Atmosphere was very chilled but I would have liked to hear some music by the pool. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better maids came in to make beds but despite us asking for a bed change due to a sandy day at the beach they refused this which was a bit disappointing. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
