We had a lovely room with a fantastic view of sea & beach. All staff were friendly but especially Santiago who always made us feel welcome every interaction during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Santiago is always so friendly, always made us laugh and make sure we was ok & offer exceptional service everytime. Aziz (chef)and Abdel (chef) were also lovely & friendly.
The location is brilliant and the food is OK. That’s where it ends. The hotel is falling to pieces. Broken decking and tiles round the pool. Cheap broken laminate in the room with chipped toilet and sink. We were all inclusive. All drink are watered down unless to order the ones for sale.( then you have to pay). Ice creams are €4 which is a first for me on all inclusive. There’s no atmosphere. No music playing around the pool and outside in the evening. Everything shuts 11.30 on the dot. We ended up going out most nights
The hotel was really nice, with a beautiful view and comfortable rooms. Most importantly, the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Saeed, Zabour, Bilal, and Santiago. They were all very kind and made the experience even better.
The hotel was super nice but the most important thing were the people, i would like to especially highlight my experience with Santiago as he was the most welcoming and sweet person!
We’ve just returned from a seven-night all-inclusive stay. There were some positives, but unfortunately we were left feeling quite disappointed overall.
The staff were very friendly, our room was cleaned every day, and we had a fantastic side sea view. The free safe in the room was also a nice touch. There was a Fridge in room. Location is perfect 🤩
The room itself was a little tired in places, with old towels, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t good.
For us, the food was the biggest letdown. We found it quite bland and the choice wasn’t great. I also have to eat gluten-free, and although there was a small gluten-free section at breakfast with bread, cereals, biscuits and cakes, there were no clear allergy labels on the main buffet, and difficult to find anyone to ask, also, my daughter is vegetarian and she found it extremely difficult. The orange juice was terrible, the yogurt was lumpy! In the restaurant is there is wine/beer/soft drinks where you help yourself. We ended up eating out several times, despite being all-inclusive.
The main pool area was very busy, with long queues at the pool bar and not enough sunbeds. Some of the beds were old or broken, and many were reserved but left unused.
We preferred the pool over at the Suites, where you could help yourself to drinks and snacks without queuing. However, the sunbeds there were in an even worse condition and really need replacing. I was also disappointed to see the disabled pool access blocked off.
Overall, the friendly staff and beautiful sea view were definite positives, but the food, tired sunbeds and general lack of upkeep let the hotel down. With some investment and improvements, it could be a much better experience.
