This luxury hotel is situated in the tourist area of Palma Nova, around 200 m from the beach. Countless shops, delightful restaurants and bars as well as public transport network be found close by in the surrounding area. The airport is around 25 km away. This hotel offers stylish guest rooms, equipped with convenient amenities added for a pleasant stay including air-conditioning, a small fridge, satellite TV, a balcony with views and a large bathroom with hair dryer and toiletries. The hotel features a swimming pool on the terrace with sun beds. Guests can take the opportunity to learn archery as well as petanque. Don’t waste your money…
Do not book here, unless you like cold tasteless food, reception staff who speak and treat you with contempt and extremely rude male bar staff (Dani in particular. Dani if you don’t like your job and lack the basics in customer care ie speaking to customers rather than grunting and rolling your eyes, please find another. I know it’s near the end of season, but be a bit nicer to your customers and they might return) Cleanliness around pool area is awful, a hose down a night is not hard, and a quick sweep & mop around room would do wonders too. The only saving grace are the animation team, Rebecca and Albert especially who are an asset to the hotel. Oh and if there’s Spanish residents in the hotel (quite right Majorca is a beautiful island) expect to be treated as second class citizens compared to them. Worst Globales hotel I’ve stayed in. Save your money and book in an alternative

Average hotel in s need of an update
Location was great, just a short walk from Palmanova centre and a lovely beach. However the hotel itself is very outdated and definitely isn't a 4 star as it says in the entrance. Food was ok, good variety. Drinks were fine as well. Hotel pool was disappointing due to it's size and I can not imagine how it caters for all of the guests in the high season. Another unusual thing is that there was no bottled water available for all inclusive guests. However you are able to purchase it from the vending machine? Bizzare.
Another great holiday at Palmanova Palace
We’ve just had another great holiday at Palmanova Palace. We had a lovely quiet room on the third floor which overlooked the pool and had a sunny balcony. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, both the bedroom and the public areas. We absolutely love the food in the restaurant, we enjoy a lot of the fresh salads and have tried dishes here that we wouldn’t normally get at home. The friendly staff and warm welcome are the main reason we keep coming back. Special thanks to David in reception, Julian and team in the restaurant, Alberto and all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable - we can’t wait to see you all again next year!

amazing holidays
the entertainment was the greatest and gave us the best holiday of our life. alberto taught us all the dance moves and got me to learn latin dancing 100% recommend
Food is bland and hidden charges
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the receptionist who changed our room for us for better accessibility. We entered our room which was very clean but could not find any tea/coffee making facilities. We asked at reception and was told we could hire a kettle for the week, for an additional cost of €17.99, we also enquired about the safe and was told this was also an additional cost of €48 plus €10 refundable. As we were based on the same floor as the restaurant we were enjoying the enhanced smells coming our way and was looking forward to our meal. Everything looked and smelt amazing but was very bland in flavour, we managed to find something to our liking and the desserts were lovely on the first night, after our meal we went to the coffee machine to find that it was switched off, and told we could only get hot drinks in the bar. Breakfast was nice, and there was always a selection of parties as well as hot food. The snack bar was only open from 11am until 1730 and always had hotdogs ( which were nice) hamburgers, chicken nuggets and pizza - but the nuggets were always hard and pizza overcooked. If you wanted any snack after that time you needed to use an over priced vending machine. For cleanliness I would give the hotel 5 stars. The entertainment was mostly excellent and Alberto from the animation team deserves a special mention as he was exceptional. I would not recommend the food or the additional charges. The steps into the pool were steep and we both found it would be difficult to use if you have a disability or physical impairment.
