Fergus Style Tobago

The hotel is spotless. Beautiful outlook with great facilities. The star of the show is the restaurant which offers freshly cooked foods by chefs who know what they are doing. The staff are exceptionally customer foccussed and make us want to come back. We thought being half board, we would venture out occasionally to get a quality meal.....but no need, the quality of the food is such that we think anywhere else would be a let down.

Excellent location right near to the beach. Within walking distance to some lovely beach front restaurants. The hotel is very nice, the staff are amazing. We had room 1713 which was overlooking the sea. Had everything you need and the beds were made up every day with fresh towels provided. The breakfast had everything you would want and the dinners we had the same. Would recommend and is of good value.

We are just back from a short break. The hotel is ideally situated with the beach straight across the road from the back entrance. Rooms a little on the small side but this didnt bother us. You make it work. 😊 Complimentary robe and slippers left in room. Room cleaned to a high standard. Food was plentiful. Beautifuly presented the breakfast selection was amazing. On the the Sunday they had a pianist playing which was a lovely touch. We didnt have trouble getting a sunbed. If towels were left for long periods of time. You notified the lifeguard and he would remove them after a designated time. The hotel has an ambient feel, with light music playing in the back ground. Staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for you. The only negative I woukd say is the milk pods that were left in room were sour. This happened on a couple of occasions so we bought our own milk. Perhaps they are not stored in a cold enough temperature. This was my first time staying in a 5 star adult only so dont have anything to benchmark it too. I woukd absolutely stay here again. Next time with my daughter.
