Not the best hotel
Reception staff very friendly . Nice smell in hotel Bar staff friendly . Husband had buffet breakfast he enjoyed the omelette . Hotel room inadequate room 404 should of said on arrival so our fault , Sink in bedroom , small room , dirty walls and skirting , cracked work surface in bed room , very firm bed , dated for a 4*plus hotel . Looks like hotel has been cheaply upgraded . Pool area not the cleanest especially were lights are could be doing with a good clean Same tissue and sand on decking area for 5 days out the 7 , Can only change towels on certain days . Couldn’t keep room on so got the relax and chill room for 1 hour no lock on door and temperature in room was 30 plus degrees couldn’t turn down heat so should of showered at pool as was pointless task in there
Could Not Find Fault.
We stayed here for a long weekend in May and enjoyed it so much we booked again for a long weekend in July. Fantastic hotel in a great location with numerous restaurants within walking distance (literally a few meters), and the beach straight across the road.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were excellent, and the pool area and bar were great though all the sun loungers get taken so you'd be best to 'reserve' some with your towel in the morning . . .
A special thank you to Aga at reception who was always cheerful and helpful and to the breakfast team for working so hard and for putting on such a good selection of food every morning.
Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Unsure if we would return.
Stayed from 9th to 16th June 2026 in room 212 with my daughter. First impressions - super friendly reception staff and the hotel smelt gorgeous on arrival. Excellent location. Bedroom - although basically clean, it was very dated and tired looking, the bathroom especially needs a refresh as mirror warped (steam?) and very slippy shower floor. Also did not care for the unsecured freestanding bamboo towel rail . Housekeeping staff don’t appear to have adequate time allocated to carry out their daily duties and we ended up having to communicate with ours using online translation tools. Pool Bar - friendly and efficient team - Fancuno is a genuine asset for the team and helped to diffuse a nasty poolside incident when a large English woman was shouting vile and racist comments at an elderly Scottish lady over a parasol!!! Maybe you need to consider some extra parasols in order to prevent a future unpleasant incident of this nature. Poolside food at lunchtime was good and reasonably priced. Restaurant - excellent breakfast. Evening meal not so good. We arrived one night at 8.50 to be shouted at by a tall male waiter with tied back dark hair and told that dinner was finished - he then said we could have one course and one course only - we did take some food but left due this hostile attitude and reported it to reception. I think you need to review your restaurant times and if you want arrivals before 8.30 then clearly state that - but really, who wants to eat their dinner when it is still very warm - would Spanish people chose to do this?? Main bar - friendly and efficient staff and nice bar for sitting in and thank you for the snacks (nuts and gummy bears). Reception Staff - as previously said, very good and stepped up to get us a taxi promptly when our #Jet2holidays transfer did not show up. Entertainment - non existent so absolutely no atmosphere at night - could be doing with reconsidering this as there’s nothing nicer than sitting listening to a live singer. A saxophonist once a week in the restaurant is insufficient. Overall we had a lovely holiday but don’t know if we would return.
Nice Hotel & lovely location
Nice hotel and the staff were great. Lovely location opposite a the beach which has plenty of Sunbeds & Parasols(20 Euros) Plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We will definityly be returning to the Hotel & location. If your looking for a lively nightlife this is not the place to vist, go to Magaluf, it is a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes on the Bus

Excellent hotel with a great location opposite the beach, the hotel is spotless, our sea view room was very modern, the staff go above and beyond and are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has an excellent choice and the food is faultless, this is our first stay here and we will definitely return.
