Friendly staff perfect location
Great hotel. Great location, clean, good food, lovely rooms, peaceful with superb views of the bay. It was our first time but people return here time and again The staff are excellent and exceptionally hard working. Big shout out to Manuelo, Facundo, Aga and Carlos who were so welcoming and hospitable what a great team!
Food could be Hotter
Hotel in great location across from beach front. No hills. All flat promanade for walking. Hotel spotless in all areas from top to bottom. Staff so friendly. Negative points stayed half board for a week at this week but food was always luke warm. Never hot. Plates not heated so food cold very quickly. Chief cooks your breakfast eggs serving one customer at a time on the hot plate, if you collected your ham, sausage etc. on your cold plate by the time your egg gets cooked the rest of you breakfast on your plate was more or less cold. Tip to future guests is get your egg first before adding to your plate. Have been at lots of hotels half board and usually these hotels cook their eggs on hotplate at least 4 eggs at a time to serve you quicky, other hotels have great big islands in middle of their dining room with great selection of foods displayed all around the island, Fergus Style not a great selection of food as food displayed on wall shelves on side of dining room. Food was good but felt compared to other hotels their was not so much of a selection. This hotel does not have any entertainment at all at night. Very quiet. No Holiday Reps. visit this hotel and no Holiday Reps. desk or notice board. You are sent a text to when your departure times etc. are. Sure Hotels reception desk would help you with any problems but always nice to see a Rep. if you have a question . Take note any future travellers to remember you have a Tourist Tax to pay at end of your stay. Its based on per person not per room. Husband and I were 55.20 euros for a h/b weeks stay in a double standard room. Daughter in her own room was 33.60 euros. Did not use the fancy coffee machine in our room. Would have been helpful to have manual in room how work this machine as no instructions given - again we could have asked at reception how to use this machine but was not a problem not having coffee for a week. On the whole had a good stay at Fergus Style Hotel but don't think we would return due to what I have stated above in my review.

Palma nova experience
The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough. The food was of a very high standard and it was a pleasure to eat in the dining room. The variety was very good. I would definitely go for a sea view room. It is so near the beach.
Excellent staff.
Staff are great especially the two women on reception Aga we have known for years and is exceptional. Swim up rooms are very good . Food is very good and a big choice. We have stayed many times. We have enjoyed each visit. Our only complaints are they should ban mobile phones to be used on the balconies especially using speakers.as you could hear both in conversation , very annoying. Also they should lock all gates for security. Wewill be happy to return as also the location is great as cross the road and you are on a nice beach. Good bus service and taxis to get to Palma.

Not worth a four star plus rating.
Good points-exceptionally quiet, location, glass bottomed pool, friendly staff. Our experience lots of room issues, To name a few Room 401 shower leaked out and under the bed, constant noise from what we believe was someone else’s air con ours was off so it wasn’t ours,so the walls must be very thin.No toilet privacy.We had the inconvenience of packing all our things and move to room 323 this is on the other side of the hotel where we had an issue with the toilet constantly flushing, this was fixed 3x as the last time it wouldn't flush at all and as it was on an evening they had no one to fix it.This would've left us without a toilet all night.The receptionist had to fix it for us.One night out of seven nights we finally got a decent nights sleep.Yes the hotel tried to solve our problems and moved us but it's a hassle to pack all your things again due to the rooms being unfit for purpose but to be told you may be left without a toilet all night as the maintenance man had left is definitely not good.So yes the hotel is nice but we wouldn't recommend for this reason and certainly won't be back.I hope the hotel reads this and responds as they know I had to complain several times.This hotel is meant to be a four star plus and we’ve stayed in three star hotels that are better than this.
