Nice but not suited for all
We spent 10 days here in the middle of September, all in all a good experience but a few small negatives for us. This place is deffo preferred by gangs of men and women, who to be fair was causing no problems at all and was enjoying themselves but not the peace and quiet we prefer, but Palma nova is heading in the direction of gangs both males and females. We was put opposite banana Joe's which does affect your sleep untill 4am, really need better sound proofing for that side of the hotel, but we knew the hotel was near there but unfortunately our room was on that side. Food was fine, quite nice for all inclusive. We had our breakfasts there but had tea out 7/10 nights only as we always eat out. Drinks where fine, be nice keep bar open a bit later as it's nice come back to hotel about 11 and have a couple round the pool before bed but it shuts at 11. Great staff and very clean.

Worth a visit
Visited this lovely hotel, on 15/9/26 for one week. It’s spotlessly clean and a friendly team, especially Laura on reception who was so helpful (room 301) Lovely pool area, the only downside was the sun loungers were so close together on the restaurant side, you were virtually up close to your neighbours. There needs to be more tables and parasols available, the only way to do that though is to sort out the spacing between the beds. Food is varied and delicious but hot food needs to be hotter. Clean rooms with a spacious balcony. A five to 10 minute stroll to the shops/restaurants and beach. I would stay there again. Needs a few easy tweaks to make it a great place to stay.

Awful location
Awful location, loud music all night from locations nearby, i found very hard to sleep my and my family, i ask at reception to be moved on the other side of hotel were was quiet but i was ask to pay the " upgrade room fee ". Stupid because i only ask for a quiet room not a fancy one, especially being on holiday with my 2 year old child. Avoid this location if you want to rest on your holiday.
Lovely holiday
I have recently returned from a 10 day stay in this hotel. The hotel was lovely the bed was so comfy the rooms were clean and the staff were nice. The pool and surrounding area was lovely and very clean. The food was good only problem I had with the food was it was tepid at best Iand this was a recurring theme at all meals. There was a couple of microwaves in the dining room and I saw people putting their plates in there to heat it up but you really should not have to do that in hotel restaurant. Would just like also thank Gabriel (not sure that’s how to spell it) as he was wonderful so helpful and very chatty and always remembered your room number.
Promotional rooms absolutely disgusting
Travellers beware of hotel “Promotional Room” you would not put your dog to sleep in these rooms. Down in a basement with the tiniest of windows that you can’t open for the fear of wild cats jumping in on you. No lift access - steep stairs and no mention of this when booking or on their website. If you have mobility concerns you are up the creek. To make matters worst the cockroaches running rampant. The hotel manager and jet2 rep have been of no help and had the audacity to ask us to pay additional money for room upgrade when we have already spent just under £3000 for our hotel stay. The misrepresentation of the rooms and the total disregard of our concerns as if we don’t matter. It’s absolutely disgusting and we will never ever go back to this hotel. It really should be blacklisted. Saving grace was the entertainment in-house staff. If you want to stay in a cockroach infested broom cupboard where nothing works then this is the place for you. Stay clear of these roomsI would implore you.
