Excellent hotel
We have stayed in Palma Nova however not at this hotel before and we have now found the perfect hotel. It is ideally situated for the resort or a short walk to Magaluf. Gabriel and his animation team were great with the daytime games, evening entertainment and we were there when England and Scotland played games in the world cup and left the TV's on for us downstairs. Bedrooms were cleaned daily, towels changed everyday and when we had an issue with our safe maintenance were soon there to fix the issue. My husband's birthday was whilst we were there and had a bottle of bubbly left in the room which was a lovely gesture. All the staff you met were friendly and worked extremely hard and lots of variety of food in the restaurant at all meal times. We would recommend the hotel and we have been looking already for next year so will definitely be returning.

Honest review
Excellant hotel and staff couldnt fault it Entertainment team Gabriel and Danelle were brilliant made everyone join in friendly and welcoming made the holiday. Pool was cleaned daily fresh towels everyday . Room cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly and bent over backwards to make your stay welcoming 🙏 🙂 the only fault we had was waiting 3 hours for our room to be ready but that was all . Food was lovely fresh salads 🥗 fruit and catered for everyone . This is one of the best hotels we've stopped in palma nova we've been 12 times and I would definitely go back here to this hotel . 5 stars 🌟 from us and thank you for our stay .

Good food, good people, good times! Close to the beach too!
Can't fault the hotel or the staff. Couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Drinks on tap, food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a small selection of snacks bits between meals. Everyone's English is much better than my Spanish! World cup is on at the minute, so entertainment takes a back seat. However, the two acts we've seen were really good, and Gabriel's aqua aerobics has been entertaining us. We haven't taken part tho...there's beer to drink. He's amazing, always making everyone feel at home, and learning aspects of your language as he goes .
The hotel is spotless, and our room is cleaned each day.
Food is really good, a good mixture from pizza and chips to Stewart and veg, salads and all the trimmings you could want. Puddings are nice too, 8 have partaken of a few.
Fair but not for me
Hotel is in a good location to everything. Bars beach restaurants, it is clean, staff are lovely rooms were clean great aircon. Food like most AL but tasty. Downsides Noise from downstairs if you have a pool view, groups of loud guests one even in pool drunk loud talking shouting with drink in hand at one point. The entertainment was under our balcony, drinks were basic not nice for me personally I had to buy of top shelf for a local Spanish drink ? As wasn’t on Al . Also smoking area out back by pool table no shade, plastic chairs burn your legs so we couldn’t use, sunbeds around pool all crammed together the pool is small , not enough umbrella’s around pool and the towels are out early same spots by same ppl. and the other bed area no umbrella’s at all . So for a fair skinned red head couldn’t use the areas. Nice enough hotel but not for me so won’t be returning
Lovley friendly staff.
Location was perfect, hotel was spotless, staff were amazing! So friendly, however the swop for pool towels was awkward, when we went to get them, we were not told you can only change them Mon, tues. Friday, this should have been explained, Tony on reception needs to smile a bit, not be so standoffish, this is my opinion on how i found him to be. Gabrielle was amazing, so friendly, spoke to almost everybody, got them involved in what was going on. (Im sure he’s due a pay rise) 🤣 Pablo, weekend lifeguard was a breath of fresh air, chatty & friendly as were all of the team, Danielle was also chatty & friendly. Only thing i found was the food, very often repeated, one day there were ribs for lunch, which were very nice, went up to get my husband some, first tray had gone so waited for the second tray, these were freezing yet put onto a hot plate, cold 🤷♀️ so never ate them. Rice was very often cold and undercooked, as was the pasta, pizza every day for pizza lovers, chicken nuggets were ok too. Lots of fresh fruits and yoghurts, Ice cream and iced lollies on tap. Room was spotless, cleaned every day with fresh towels, we were overlooking the tennis courts, enjoyed listening to the banter from banana Joes. we paid a fair bit for a 10 night stay, which i felt the food let it down, so on this point i will not return here, lots of others have enjoyed the food( i must be fussy) Apart from that the staff are truly amazing and so friendly, they cannot do enough for you, well done!!
