Nice enough!
Perfect location for either Palmanova or Magaluf, a 2 minute walk to either beach. We arrrived in the early hours and got placed in the basement, noise from strip was horrendous, (fine if your drunk and on a girly/boys weekender) no patio, except a shared area, i was greeted to socks on a stool outside our door, 3 doors down were a table and chairs full of beer bottles/empty boxes...a lot of mess! Was woke at 7am as we were directly below the restaurant and scraping chairs across the floor, i went to reception as I'd had enough already, was told it was fully booked and to go back at 11am. The lady was lovely and we passed reception at 10.30 and she had a room ready on the 7th floor for us. It was lovely and had seaviews both ways. Pool area is clean, but had no atmosphere at all, it was primarily older spanish guests in the hotel. We were half board, i am definitely not a fussy person, but my word, the food is awful. Breakfast was egg & bacon (spanish) , pancakes, and pastrys, yoghurt & fruit, i just had toast and egg. It was ok. But Dinner was just awful, all spanish dishes (yes i know I was in spain but seriously nothing appetising for english guests) swimming in oil, after day 3, we ended up eating out everyday. The rooms were nice enough, no soundproofing though, and the cleaner never cleaned, just emptied the bins/changed towels, by the end of the week our floor was discusting with sand ect. Staff were all lovely. All in all, it was nice enough for what we paid, i would return, just not half board.
Girls trip!
Me & a friend stayed for 5 nights, between May 31st & June 5th 2026. The location was amazing for us and we attended the Magaluf strip most nights, it was on the quieter side as it was the start of the season.
The rooms were relatively clean & satisfactory. The staff were friendly! Not an ideal hotel for children as the pool isn’t suitable for small kids.
A great location for accessing either palma nova or Magaluf beach.
The guests at the time were mainly older couples, there was one stag group & a hen party here as well as a few other small party groups, the noise from the strip was minimal, and we slept no problem.
The food was nice but became slightly repetitive! Was disappointing that we were limited to water & wine at the evening meal and there was no fridge in the rooms. We often missed breakfast due to being out late, would be good if it was on slightly later or if snacks were offered pool side.

Faulty towers do not recommend
Start off with bad. Aircon doesn’t work in rooms so if you want to be sweating every night this is the place for you. Ants and cockroaches in room.
Worst of all my friend got her PURSE STOLEN BY THE CLEANER. Was next to her when she was in she went to the balcony when she came back it was gone and so was the cleaner. It had 100 euros in it. Please buy a safe. This was reported to reception got told they will tell her if it turns up I believe myself she should be compensated and the cleaner should’ve been questioned. Not great customer service as I am in that field myself.
You also had to pay 40 euro for a safe you got 20 euro back afterwards. You also had to pay for a mini fridge! 50 euros!!! Thought this was laughable but drinks go warm in 20 minutes in the room. I did think about buying one but I just thought 50 euros!!!
The food hahaha what a laugh we had but on a serious note it was shocking. Chips were all that was eaten. Tried the pork Stew was so fatty. Lasagne is my favourite meal I’ve never had a bad one in my life but this was awful it looked like sick on a plate. Went to go get some chocolate ice cream for dessert it was like soup. The bread for the soup was rock hard you couldn’t hardly cut it thought I was going to break a tooth. We actually ended not eating at the hotel some nights. Went out instead.
People were loud at night there was a security guard telling people to be quiet.
Staff weren’t helpful but nice enough.
Positive There isn’t very much. But Pool was nice and clean. Was nice you could buy drinks at the pool. Location was close to strip which was good but could hear everything.
Would I recommend no but location was good. Will not return hopefully we get a response from this review.

Not a nice stay
Went for a lads holiday to maga, location was perfect, pool area was nice and drinks in the hotel were cheap. staff were kind and helpful. However, the rooms were disgusting, there was sand all over my mates bed, no aircon in any of our 5 rooms, no fridges and a cockroach in the room. Not impressed. Aggressive cockroaches too at least if you’re a cockroach be sound
