Hotel was shocking , dirty , full of cockroaches , wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Take antihistamines & antibiotics because you get bitten alive. Staff are rude and unpleasant. I left early it was that bad

6 days vacation overall
There are cockroaches in the room on the 12th floor, we stayed for 6 days and the cleaning lady didn't even vacuum our room. Location is good, but parking is horrible, ig you not buying parking place ( 20eur day) you have to hunt in the nearby area. The hotel is in the top of a small cliff ,so you have to walk to the centre and its exhausting. Every night I woke up because someone is screaming outside, The walls are tiny, so you hear everything from your neighbor. The hotel was modern looking, the surface is clean, they have 3 elevators. In the dinners they didn't serve drinks unless you buy something. I think if you pay that much they need to be included.

Nothing to do once the pool area closed . The main bar wasn't opened at all. A very clinical looking hotel, that Lacked an atmosphere Amazing views of the beach and a perfect location was a plus if you plan on spending most of your time elsewhere . No tea or coffee making facilitys in the rooms. vending machines in reception that was disgusting
Amazing balcony view, great staff
Had a wonderful 12 nights stay at Bahia Principe Escape in Magaluf. Very satisfied with staff, especially with Alvaro and Jorge at the front desk who helped us with parking, restaurants, travels and all and any other questions we had. Very nice cleaning service at the 710 room/wing, great food and staff at the breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed the sea view from our balcony. The public beach is beautiful turquoise color! First time for us in Mallorca, but not the last in Mallorca and this Bahia hotel. See you all soon!
