If you want cockroaches in your bathroom every night, 10 of them running everywhere you are in the good place. We asked for help at the reception, when we came back to ur room, water was covering the floor from the entrance to the bathroom. Cockroaches don’t go with water you know, so of course they were there again by the night. They are everything but not professional. They don’t even put themselves in question. Everything was terrible, we asked for an excursion they said the girl who booked the trip will call us, she never called. We found by ourselves another one on another city. You can’t have water you need to pay. I get scolded because I brought my water bottle for my chronic illness medication. We have videos and so many pictures of the cockroaches. I don’t think they know hotels and industry regulations laws, but us we do. We work in. We will report them soon, in hope that will help to preserve peoples hygiene.

At first I was very impressed by the room and the staff. As the days went on I noticed things that really turned this from good to poor.

The room I thought was initially clean was full of ants, the window wouldn't open properly and to be charged for the room safe was unexpected.

The breakfast was something to be desired to the point on the last day we chose to eat breakfast out. The juices were foul, egg shell pieces in the scrambled eggs and the sausages were so ghastly my mate left nearly half of a plate of them.

The gate to the beach wasnt locked and bare wires were left on display.

The staff were good but what upset me more than anything was the check out process. There were 8 of us across 4 rooms and we'd asked about late check out. Even if it was one room. Fully accept that this isn't always possible, but to be lied to about the availability is disgusting. I'd checked with 3 different maids and versions of oh theres plenty of space and we can just clean your room after 3. So imagine my surprise when the quickest call to the head housekeeper ended in 6 seconds flat of no we can't do it. No effort and no intrest.

I could have dealt with all of that if it wasnt for the shower room. One shower room for the gym that was under renovation. No agreed time slot and not even a lock on the door. The room was flooded, shower holder broken and being walked in on whilst showering was wholly avoidable.

Simply put if you don't want to offer late check out then put a lock on a door, slots and more than 1 shower!! I'll be following all of this up with an email to the main management.

The only shining light was Carlotta (hope I'm hoping I'm spelling it right). From the outset she was helpfull, pleasant and proffesional.

The hotel has one major advantage: the view from the restaurant and pool area over Magaluf beach is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, almost everything else about my stay was disappointing.

The hotel is located in an extremely difficult area for parking, and the noise from the surrounding bars is a serious problem. The noise can be heard clearly inside the rooms, even with the windows closed, making it very difficult to sleep and relax.

The beach access is another major issue. The elevator providing access to the beach was out of order during our entire stay, meaning that guests of all ages had to walk down and then climb back up more than 70 steps simply to access the beach. This is particularly problematic for elderly guests or anyone with reduced mobility.

The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor. In our room, located near the stairs, there was absolutely no Wi-Fi signal. This meant that we could not even properly use a smartphone with the hotel's internet connection. In the areas where Wi-Fi was available, the speed was limited to around 10 Mbps, and some services appeared to be restricted for no clear reason, including IPTV-related access. For a hotel of this category, this is simply not acceptable.

I was also very disappointed with the housekeeping. I had no evidence that the bed sheets were changed during my stay. At one point, I accidentally stained one of the sheets with blood, and that same sheet remained on the bed until the end of my stay. This was particularly concerning from a hygiene and housekeeping perspective.

The restaurant was mediocre, with limited variety. We were staying on a half-board basis, yet all drinks had to be paid for separately. I have stayed in three-star hotels where at least water was included with half-board, so this felt particularly poor considering that this hotel presents itself as a four-star property.

There was also a significant insect problem around the pool area. We encountered ants and cockroaches, and this was not a case of seeing one or two insects by chance — there were quite a few of them.

On a positive note, the staff were genuinely phenomenal. They were friendly, polite and always willing to help. Their attitude was one of the few things that consistently made a positive impression during our stay.

However, the staff's excellent service cannot compensate for the overall experience. This hotel is advertised as a four-star property, but based on my experience, I have stayed in several three-star hotels that were clearly superior in terms of facilities, maintenance, cleanliness, comfort and value for money.

This was honestly one of my worst hotel experiences, and unfortunately, it was also one of the most expensive. I left with a strong feeling that I had made a very poor investment with my money.

I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I choose another property from this chain. The beautiful sea view is impressive, but it does not justify the price or compensate for the numerous problems we experienced during our stay.
